  1. i went into my shaws store to pick up my free item of ice cream and was told it was out of stock.i ask if i could have a substitute for it and was told no i cant.for being a member of just for u i should get my request.was going to shop this week to pick up some products,but i dont know if i want to after that experience.

  5. I just bought my 2nd and unfortunately my LAST 1/2 gallon milk in your new container. It is NOT user friendly and has been dropped twice on the floor. Impossible for anyone with small hands or any grip problem to handle. I know it was probably designed to save money, but I would gladly pay a little extra to have a milk carton I COULD ACTUALLY USE COMFORTABLY. I am sure I am not the only one disliking this new carton. I have a Food City 1 miles from my home, but milk will not be on my shopping list for this store.

    once again I failed to listen to myself and went to the Lowe's in Windham Maine. 1.5yrs ago I took all my lumber business across the street, ( home depot) because of lack of customer service. Had to argue with staff to pull the store mgr out of his "corporate mtg" they realized I was not going away and attracting a crowd. When your store Manager spoke to me I just informed him that my 2 company's will no longer be doing either lumber or appliance business. I informed my office mgr to cancel all pending orders with Lowe's and to remit what is due. Lowe's is just another box store, with poor customer service. I went across the street to Home depot spoke to the store mgr, gave my own personal rep to service my account. I spent a little more than $5,342.00 at Home depot today,and will be meeting with dept staff on my future needs of my well established and growing business's

  16. I will never watch another football game again as long as it is affiliated with the NFL. Also a long time subscriber to Spectrum and Verizon, whom I will be turning from. I will also be cancelling my Best Buy Credit account and taking my business elsewhere. Anyone affiliated or supporting the current positions of the NFL, during the time when our country is in need of healing, rather than finger pointing, may as well establish their there business in a country they can stand behind and thrive in. My husband and I were driving in from Phoenix Jul 2, my Birthday, to stay at the North Pueblo La Quinta but once we reached Silverton at 9 p.m. we knew there was no way we could make it that night. I called the hotel directly to let them know the situation and to asked if there would be a penalty if we cancelled only that evening and stay the remaining 3 nights of our reservation made through booking.com. The gentleman that I spoke to said hesitantly " Well, ok I guess so". I clarified we were on the same page and said " so you will cancel tonight without a problem or penalty"? He begrudgingly said "yes". I was so thankful and felt it was the best Birthday gift I could have received. After driving the whole next day from Silverton we arrived on 7/3 exhausted around 10:30 pm. I couldn't have been happier since we were getting up at 5 a.m. to drop my dog off at a daycare and meet up with friends at 7 a.m. to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary on July 4th. When we arrived at the hotel I gave our name to the man at the desk. He seemed to quickly know who I was and said he talked to me and he cancelled our reservation. I said "oh you were the one that was so helpful last night. I said thank you again and then asked about our room. He then said the last thing I needed to hear especially since I have multiple health issues and was suffering severely at that moment. Rico then said very defensively " I cancelled your whole reservation so there isn't a room for you". I said " why would you cancel our whole reservation when I was very clear we would be here tonight until the 6th and even asked you about adding the extra night onto the end of our stay? Rico, did and said everything that just made the situation worse. He immediately became defensive, didn't apologize, didn't try to resolve the problem when I asked him to rebook the rooms he cancelled, didn't offer to find us a different dog friendly hotel and even refused to help me when I got upset because of his incompetency. He started to pace in circles behind his desk while stepping back from the face shield and acted like he was starting to have a melt down. Imagine how I felt having traveled 2 days over my birthday with disabilities exhausted just to get there knowing what my schedule was the following day on our 6th yr Anniversary. His mistake could have been resolved or at least smoothed over had he conducted himself in a professional considerate humble manner but instead he only argued with me. Never was he willing to except or admit he misunderstood or misheard me or that he made a mistake. He also never expressed or showed he had any concern for the position he put us in for the next 3 nights.

This is the MOST ANNOYING and UNPROFESSIONAL business. I receive phone calls numerous times a day (with a hang up after the first ring! ANNOYING!!!     I ordered a ring for my daughter's 18th birthday 2weeks in advance.And I have still not received the gift. I have called multiple times and I keep getting the run around and when I asked for a refund they stated the would not refund my money. This business is by far the worst experience I have ever had for jewelry I will never buy here again nor refer anyone to buy.

  20. I USED to buy gas and beer at the rt96 Kangaroo It was around 10:30 am on 12/05/2020 . I was asked for an ID like always. My birthday was 11/27/50 and had expired and I did not renew because i am 70 years old and their is the covid plague . The old lady working at the time go sarcastic when I questioned her not selling me the beer ! Tennessee law allows 30 day late renewal before accessing a fine . She yanked my purchase behind the window and when I showed her another picture A carry ID with my date of birth, she still refused to sell me the beer. During the excitement I left with my debit card in the reader . I realized it 10 minuets later and returned to the store . Their was only 1 person in the store when this incident happened The old lady denied having the card ! She had an attitude and I was the customer If that the kind of personnel you hire than I will go to Twice daily Its closer anyway

  21. Today is 12/13/2020 and it is the last time I will ever shop at Aldi. I would go every Sunday even through the worst of the covid19 pandemic to go shopping at store 94 located at 28971 Wixom road located in Wixom Michigan. Every time I have shopped here the staff has been rude and unwilling to help customers they act as if we have ruined their daily lives by wanting to give the Aldi our hard earned money. Today was the last straw as I went to check out when an employee turned her light out and slammed the teller than screamed were closed and walked away from the register as I went to the other line to cash out the young man running that register told me to go get in line at a empty register at that point the young lady that screamed we are closed opened her register back up. The young man that had me and other customers waiting in line at a empty register proceeded to tell the customers in a nasty tone we are closed go away! I questioned you are closed? your store hours posted on the main lobby door state you are open. In response he got up slammed his teller and walked away. In his place a polite young lady who it was obvious to me, she was new there and had the look of disbelief of what was going on. I asked another store employee what the main corporate phone number was as I was giving the answer we are under the radar of corporate so I asked what store number is this I was told there is no store number or manager for this location I said really? After getting my receipt I pointed out to the employee look your store number is 94 I was told it does not matter. Listening to the comments among people in the parking lot I think store 94 has lost a lot of customers today I hope someone from this company will read this and look into either the store manager and the lack of professionalism and incompetency among there staff who is the face of the corporate name Aldi. You should be aware that your staff you are paying to sell your products are chasing your customers off. In a market of big block chain stores such as Walmart and more local to Michigan Meijer your staff is doing a fine job of raising the 4th quarter profit earnings for them I am sure they are very happy for that.

  22. Why have you designed the new corvette 2021 to be so ugly? It looks like a ugly version of the camaro.
    The previous Corvette 2019-2020 was also hideous. It looked like a toy transformer.
    I realize the style of all cars change but the style of the corvette has changed drastically.
    I’m sure a lot of corvette lovers will disagree with my comment but I’m just being honest.

  23. food city 23rd street never cleans the coke machines, doesn't have help to clean behand the fryers. this store needs help and corporate needs to give alot of employees raises, if they can oopen all these buildings they need to start giving out raises and not just at the end of the year crap. Alot of workers needs more than an 15 cent raise. I really hope corporate opens their eyes and realize they are the people why they can't keep no one

She was lead to believe they would move the existing bed out into another room and set up the new one, she paid for setup. They refused. We moved the old one out, then they left without even delivering, much less setting up. She spent over $13,000.00 on bed in the last two years and this is the service she received. We will never shop in a furniture row store again.

    Have eaten at new Butler one 3 times. Sat at a 2 person both across from salad bar. Glad to see manager check temps on food. BUT The glass protectors over the food doesn't quit do the job. Watched young girl 3 times come to the bar. her head was higher than the bottom of the glass, put her head up under the glass. All the while talking right over the food. Granma and grandpa paid no attention. Staff walking buy said nothing. Told the manager about it. Said he would talk to them about it. I know this is a touchy thing to handle. but maybe the glass protectors need looked at and redesigned. Love new style of whole building. Carl E Jackson
