    Very poor customer service.In this age of lagging newspaper circulation some of us still like to hold and read a paper edition but try to get a paper edition delivered of the Republican is an ordeal in futility.Have called 3 times now for home delivery in Scottsdale yet still no delivery, last chance,before i give up on them and personally go to the head office.What a way to run a business.This is the most unprofessional business I have ever seen,they literally don't want your business.All inquiries go to North Carolina where they haven't any idea of what's going on. How hard can it be to get a newspaper delivered? WAKEUP ARIZONA REPUBLICAN !!!!!!

    I have been trying since April 22, 2021 to get a newspaper delivered to Sun City Festival in Buckeye. 4 phone calls and an email. 3 phone calls were to be escalated to a supervisor or manager. Still nothing. The paper is for my 92 year old mother who finds the paper one of truly simple joys each day. How sad that not one person has bothered to reply. Today I am emailing a map with directions of where we live. Will be interesting to see if it will help. Terrible customer service. HELP!!!!
