  2. WOW....what can I say good about AUTONATION......NOTHING....Lets start with the katy freeway dodge location.I have been dealing with a fellow name Andres Chavez
Sales Associate and again WOW. We starting dealing on several cars and finally got down to two cars. I wanted a dodge challenger rt with leather interior and 8.4 LCD screen. The man sends me one but no leather interior .I tried to explain to him in 7 emails because I couldn't quit understand him when we talked on phone. IN the last three emails i explained to him I want Leather his last email his solution was for me to buy a BRAND NEW CAR and take it to the upholstery shop and get it changed. THIS IS ONE OF AUTONATIONS FINEST I will not buy from this dealer unless hell freezes over.

  3. Good morning AutoNation Representative,

My name is SFC Jackson and I am having major engine issues with my Hyundai Santa Fe Sport purchased from one of your dealerships.
Since the purchase of this vehicle, 3 years ago, we have been having engine issues until the engine blew out. Then after new engine, we have been encountering the engine warning light on.
All last year and this year we continue to report engine light on, they code the engine, repair/replace stuff, I pay money, and the problem is not resolved...see attached.
I have did my best to work with Auto Nation's representatives, service personnel and maintenance personnel. My situation has not been taken care of.
Which brings us to today...finding myself stressed out and used by your agency.
AutoNation Hyundai 104, 104th & Huron, has been taken over by Foundation Hyundai but Foundation Hyundai isn't a part of AutoNation.
So I call AutoNation Chevy, well they don't work on Hyundai and guess what there are no more AutoNation Hyundai in-state....hmmm.
So what am I left to do???
I think that I have worked very diligent with your agency's representatives and have been very patient and understanding.
After hearing from you and discussing with my wife your solution.
If the issue isn't resolved I will be taking my future comments to the Colorado Office of the Attorney General (COAG).
I am sorry that you have to be the bearer of bad news.

    Thank you.
