I ordered a transmission through the website after I was given a part number that supposedly was the right part by your associate. I was sent the wrong one it was a RWD instead of 4×4 and they took no accountability I am still waiting on my refund minus the freight charge I was told to pay before I could get my refund today is 09/27/2023 and no refund still very bad customer service will Never buy here again

Placed an online order for quantity of 2 exhaust band clamps. After placing order checked my card to see I was over charged. called customer service to ask why. The lady said there is a quantity of 4. I asked if we could take 2 off the order and fix the order. I was told no that it had already been boxed up. I asked about returning 2 and who would be responsible for shipping and was told I am responsible for shipping, that it was not her fault that I ordered 4. Very poor ‘customer service’.
