Hi. My name is Kathy and I am a school Nurse @ Honaker High School in Honaker Virginia. I am starting an after school program for our students and staff called "Dancercise". This program is to promote exercise in a dance to help everyone lose weight, stay fit and mobile, and to feel good about themselves. The only problem that I am facing is the lack of some good electronics such as large screen TV. That is why I am contacting you today. I was wondering if there would be any way possible that you could donate a large television to our school in the attempt to help others develop a healthy life style and have fun doing it. I own a Vizio E701i-A3E 70 inch flat screen TV. Only 3 months out of warranty and my panel screen went. I called the company and was told this has been a problem because of a factory defect and yet they continued to sell these TV's without offering any kind of a recall. Knowing it was a factory problem they tried to offered me a $300 discount off another Vizio 70 inch TV, I was told the TV screen panel was non replaceable and basically a throw away TV. They knew there was a problem yet continued to unload these TV's onto the consumer hoping the TV would last until the warranty expired. I have read hundreds of complaints about their TV's breaking soon after the warranty expired and Vizio will not help you at all even knowing it was their own fault. I'm now out $1,400 and Vizio could care less! I will never buy another Vizio TV, they sell knowingly defective TV's and won't stand behind their product. Pay the few extra hundred dollars on another brand, at least you'll know you're not buying a piece of junk! I'll never recommend a Vizio TV to anyone and they just lost all my business!

3 tv,s in less than a year. Yep 55 in. I will not honor this company again in life. I will also seek out other products that Vizio may control and NOT buy them as well. Sad company.
On 7/27/19 we purchase Vizio 65 4k and on 8/14/19 we had to go warranty as this tv quit working. On 8/22/19 we get email telling us to call this number on or before 8/26/19 to avoid the work order from being cancel. We call the number and the person said the part has not come in. At this point I wondering how they know what part I need. First of all we have not even had our TV 30 days and it goes out. Instead of ordering a part should have sent us another TV to replace this one. Your customer service is not very good. I know I will not been purchasing another vizio as long as I live and I will make sure my family and friends know not to purchase one either. I know you don't care but I do.
I purchased a 32" at Costco. It would come on by itself or wouldn't come on at all. I took it back and exchanged it. After a few months the problem started again. Since it was past the return time window I contacted Vizio support twice. I told them the problem and requested a refund. They said a supervisor would call within 2 days for my refund. I have not heard from them in weeks.
