I was treated like crap when I requested a turkey larger than 13 pounds. I asked the butcher, he said they were filling call-in orders before they would unload the larger turkeys. I asked the manager, who lied and told me that that was all they received. I will not be shopping at this store again. 141 & Clayton road. Unfortunately, your customer service is non-existent!! Dierbergs here I come!! I used to work at this location 50 years ago with Barney and Mark Schnuck. They, as I am/would be very disappointed!!

Ordered $200 funeral spray. Called the following day to make sure the floral dept got the order. It was verified. (I never got a receipt on email.) Got to the funeral home and no flowers. I called Schnucks floral dept.. They verified the order, put me on hold to call the store. They said the store could not handle a spray of flowers that large. I received no phone call or anything. Humiliating!!! This was from the sister of the deceased and family. I will be following up with Schnucks on Monday. How unprofessional.
