Caution folks! If you go to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bitcoin you will see that they are part of the questionable practice of bit mining (read about half way they are actually listed as a user!!), which has become the preferred monetary system for drug dealers, drug cartels and other criminal organizations because it CAN NOT BE TRACKED BY LAW ENFORCEMENT! That makes bit mining the perfect way to laundry illicit funds. And Newegg is an active supporter of this "process" and even gives the "bit miners" priority over other customers. They will list products (like high end video card that gamers need) as "Out Of Stock." Yet if you are tenacious enough with the customer support person you will be told that they have the item (video card in this case) in stock, BUT it is only available in a certain bundle (which has a low end motherboard, not a gaming quality one). If you tell them I have the motherboard, processor and memory already (which was purchased from them at over $1000), they ask "Are you using this for mining?" If the answer is "No," there is nothing they can (or will) do for you.
ReplyDeleteClearly there focus is in the support of questionable activities that are directly linked to ILLEGAL DRUG DEALINGS!! Buying from them only aids in the consumer becoming a part of their advancement in the trade.
