On May 4, 2020, I contacted [email protected] regarding my "Professional Stainless Steel Cookware" (Model 87-12BJ) Lifetime Warranty. As per customer service instructions to email photos of the damaged pan/pot with description and model #s. Small Pot Leaking from the handle, (Model#8719-16BJ) 1.5 Qt./1.4L INDUCTION READY V#39178(1218) and Big Pan w/Cover Swell Bump on the bottom, (Model#8733-24HBJ) 3.5Qt./3.3L INDUCTION READY V#39178(1218) On May 7, Conair customer service emails me claiming "Valued Customer, Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, we do not have in stock We can offer you https://www.cuisinart.com/shopping/cookware/saute-specialty-pans/733-30h https://www.cuisinart.com/shopping/cookware/saucepans/719-16 Please include your complete shipping address. On May 8, Business emails me claiming, Valued Customer, Thank you for your inquiry. This saute pan is unavailable https://www.cuisinart.com/shopping/cookware/saute-specialty-pans/733-30h We can offer https://www.cuisinart.com/shopping/cookware/skillets-fry-pan/735-24. We do apologize. This business sent me two(2) small pots of lessor value and quality that is peeling inside after one use because of poor construction. I purchase a "Professional Stainless Steel Cookware" w/ Glass Tops and Cool Grip Handles value over $140. This business replace with Chef Classic Stainless Cookware which is of poor construction and has peeling of material after one use w/ aluminum tops
ReplyDeleteI have tried 3 different lather/Gel dispensers since my wife purchased the first one for my birthday. I called customer service on several occasions and received a replacement each time and each time the lather function did not work. I tried it with several different brands of shaving lather and each time they failed to produce any later.
ReplyDeletePlease have your company to recheck this product because I believe this is a defect that needs to be corrected.
My wide feels very dissatisfied as well as I.
Please respond as to what steps you are taking to test the correct the defect in this product.
