  3. Worst service ever. I have called my bank exactly 120 times today. They wont pick of the Ph for me. Obviously have caller ID. I've been trying to get ahold of a branch manager since LAST WEEK. She won't call me back. But calls the teller and has her call me and tell me that she hasn't recieved a call from me. That's she's waiting. When I've left her 4 voicemails already. All this just to avoid a $34 NSF fee that is the TELLERS fault. Im going to call the corporate office next and the BBB!!!!!!!!!!

  4. Absolutely the worst bank that I have ever banked with. Customer is not helpful what so ever. They treat you like a robot. I was told there was no way to contact corporate to speak to someone higher up in regards to the issue. I was told to get on live chat to make a complaint but that's not helpful at all it's just like talking to someone in customer service just online... I am out of 102 in overdraft because a merchant accidentally charged me twice for something. But was told that they need a letter of error AFTER WE HAD DONE THIRD PARTY CALLS

  6. This is the worst bank ever. If looking for a banking institution please do not and I mean do not bank with them. Each time I have to get a card for some reason I have to always call back more than one to have another card sent out to me due to I have never received the first card. Now they have switched over to these new chip cards and claimed my card was mailed out on Aug 04th and here we are in October and no card. On top of that I asked for a new card and to have it expressed to me and they want to charge me 25$ and then had the nerve to tell me just because they are doing that does not mean I'm going to get the card since I didn't get the first one. The customer service reps and the supervisor I talked had an attitude as if they didn't care that I didn't get my card or not. Trust me when I tell this will be the last time I have to deal with these people. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM I'M TELLING YOU FOR YOUR OWN GOOD

  7. went into the store at the location on Gus Thomason in mesquite TX inside the Kroger about 2 weeks ago and asked for 2 temporary checks for my savings account. they gave me 2 checks from my sons account. I didn't realize it because I have went into the store plenty of times and asked for temporary checks and never had to look to make sure it was the right account so I didn't pay attention to the account numbers on the checks. wrote the check out to a merchant and they cashed it which it bounced because I had the checks to my sons account and he had no money in there. I called customer service and they said there was nothing they can do about it I will have to go to the location I received the checks from. I go up to the location and they were so rude to me and looking at me like I was stupid. I told them I needed them to reverse the NSF fee because they were the ones that gave me the wrong checks. they basically told me that wasn't there problem and told me I had to leave. so I went ahead and put the money in my sons account. the next day another check bounced and by that time I had over $200 in overdraft fees because they gave me the wrong checks. I called them and they checked with corporate and corporate said they cannot reverse the NSF because there is no money in the account. And they don't give out temporary checks for a savings account but remind you that I have 2 temporary checks with my savings account number on them in my purse right now so its either they don't know how to do their job or somebody needs to get fired for even giving me the checks let alone the wrong checks, especially if they don't give out checks from a savings account. now if they would of told me that right when i asked them for them then I would understand but i went into the bank not once but twice asking for temporary checks from my savings account and they gave them to me both times on different days. now remind you I have banked with them for over 10 years and never had a problem until now. I am really upset that they could not accommodate my problem and brushed me off like I was a nobody. I will be closing mine and my sons account

I looked at all of these issues that has been caused by EMPLOYEES not doing their jobs or not knowing how to do their jobs.This is exactly how banks make money, NSF, the bank shuffling money in & out of accounts where people don't know how much is in the accounts! I deposit my paycheck EVERY MONDAY & if I don't tell them to "DEPOSIT THE CHECK NOW SO IT IS AVAILABLE NOW" they won't do it.This is being done in purpose to get those NSF fines!Don't dare try & CHECK your AVAILABLE balance at night, OH HELL NO! The system is always updating & one can never get into their account ! This bank is just like Wal Mart, they don't give a rats ass about their customers ! When there is a really polite cashier, who knows their job, they only last a few weeks ! These people needs to climb down off their high horses & accept the fact that we pay their salaries

  9. This bank is an absolute joke! Worst cs ever! Got hung up on and even bullshitted by a supposed supervisor! They put my payroll check on hold because they said it bounced the first time, my boss showed me his account! It never bounced now me and my kids in the mean time have had to live off nothing until it clears, did I mention the overdraft fees and NSF fees they charged? So that when it clears I'll have less than 200? And they say that they never received the fax so they can clear it sooner, but when I spoke to them yesterday they said they had! Worst pos bank ever!

  10. This bank is the worst bank! They overcharged me 238 in FEES because a company kept trying to use my account information. They took my money from my other account without my consent. I asked where does it say that you can withdraw from other accounts in their policy. They couldn't answer! When I told them to stop the company from trying to take out my account 200 bucks prior! I need my money back ASAP!! Do not bank with them!

  11. This bank feels it has the right to control the consumer. It reminds me of the service you get from low end businesses like greyhound. They know they are dealing with consumers that usually have less legal options than middle or upper class. HOWEVER, there is what's known as banking regulations and protection agencies such as regulators and the Better Business Bureau and the Texas Dept of Banking. I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE, to address your COMPLAINTS to these organizations, too many complaints lead to changes and BETTER customer service.

  12. Omg..this bank is the worst!due to the clerks error the bank is holding 7000 of my money and I am trying to get it released through what they call a notary afidavit..bogus is what it is. I transferred two checks into my husband's account..the clerk said everything went alright and the funds would be available the following morning. Well.. My husband went into his account..the funds were there and then soon after were taken out! We Sent to another branch of that bank and found out from the branch manage that the transaction was not supposed to have been done the way it had...so now we are fighting for our money back..trust me after this i hope the clerk get fired and we are shopping for a different bank!!

  13. First convenience bank is just awful. Just because I filed dispute charges in the past. I personally had my debit card and mobile app and online services revoked permanently. I have been a customer for quite awhile now and this is the thanks I get in return. I too agree with all the other people on here who have filed a dispute in reference to all of our disputes. I am asking please for someone to reach out to all of us and assist us all including myself in resolving our disputes please thank you.

  14. I have had all my privilege's removed from me. Just because I filed disputes in reference to unauthorized charges in the past. I personally feel left out by first convenience bank. If only some higher level supervisor would be able to get a hold of me and fix this huge problem. Then I will reconsider not leaving first convenience bank. I've been a customer for quite awhile now. I can understand now why people are disputing.

  15. I was given disrespectful, unknowledgeable, condescending service from the assistant branch Manager at the Renaissance Square branch in Fort worth Texas. The Assistant manager's name is Irma Gonzalez, My wife and I have had a direct deposit account with First Convenience Bank for a little less than a decade and I went to the bank to deposit a five hundred dollar money order so that it could go through a clearance process so that the funds could be used. I then told this assistant manager that I would be receiving a large settlement check, and what would be the process for this deposit with reference to clearing this same process as the money order, she told me that the process would take 7 days or more. I informed her that these funds would need to be utilized before the last day of the month that I deposited them according to government regulations that rule over these funds that I was going to acquire, and that I would need to be in contact with some one higher than her in a supervisory compacity, her response was that she could not give me those individuals personal contact information, I had never ask for their personal info, I was there for business and that I would need to get the contact info for a district or regional manager or contact for the corporate office. She insisted that they would tell me the same thing that she had told me, I insisted that she could not make the decision on what her supervisors might tell me, in essence she would not furnish me with any contact information! ( the proof of our conversation is on a tape from the cameras that day which was Saturday May 22, 2021, I was the first customer that morning. The Assistant manager seemed to be offended that I had ask her something that she did not know the answer to, and also that I was a Blackman who was questioning her and she apparently had an inferiority complex type of problem which caused her to become hostile in her approach to handled our situation, after an approximate 20 minute encounter she realized that I sincerely wanted the info that I had requested she said that I should contact the Killeen Office stating "I told you that and that, and I just did not understand that" inferring that I am so stupid as to not understand the ENGLISH LANGUAGE! I assure you that if she had told me about Killeen I would have avoided the episode as I did immediately when she actually did inform me about Killeen stating " it's on the back of my debit card. Please contact me at 817-500-2281 because I still would like to discuss my special circumstances with getting access to my funds that I wish to deposit the amount is rather large so I need to discuss this with someone who is knowledgeable to resolutions to situations similar to mine.

  16. Nyasia, Angelique (Angelica?), and Miriam, Oper. Spec. empl #42252, servicing the Houston area, are equally unprofessional, need customer service training, and are not thoughtful of customers' time because they talk, talk, talk offering no real solutions. These 3 girls are getting paid for showing up only. They refused to transfer me to their boss, Ms Audrey, and kept putting me on extended holds to no avail. This may be my cue to change banks unless the bank vets better people,
