We purchased a new Durango gold 5th wheel last July. We have had multiple issues, the latest being a failed compressor in one of the roof top units. I've contacted the dealer in Spokane Washington they said it is covered under the manufacturers warranty but we have to bring it to them for inspection before they can order the new roof top unit. I have documentation from a licensed HVAC tech. This documentation should be good enough for them to order the AC unit. Please advise.
