Why can’t the clerk at kiwi Trip tell me my purchase total amount immediately? I go in, make a purchase, use my rewards card, and the clerk tells me I owe $20.43. I dig around for $.43 cents, hand the clerk $20.43, then she does whatever she does, and now my total is $18.27. why can’t they give me my FINAL cost right away?

Kwik Trip Rude Employee

Rated 3.0 out of 5

I was just at a Kwik star on Broadway St in Waterloo Iowa and see I parked at pump 9 and walked in to prepay 10$ and got a foundation drink. the professional front was rude and a disgrace. I had to go back into the store 3 separate times and still the clerk was rude. I will not be get over the fact he proceeded to make me feel like I was crazy and made me back up to another pump and see the problem is that I was made to pay another 10$ worth in gas. so I am a very disappointed and will never be back into any other Kwik star promise that. outraged and over paid for it. I want my money back. and for the clerk to be talked to.
