  1. Would you considering posting a Nutrition Guide on your menu website? My brother just moved back to WI, is now diabetic and on a strict per-meal carb maximum. We all LOVE Kopp's, and he needs to know carb counts before ordering your burgers, fish sandwich, chix sandwiches, etc. Thanks. Please do consider!

  2. I visited Kopps yesterday, craving a custard. Your employees were not wearing masks. I do not patronize any establishment that has no respect for me and you have lost my business forever.

  3. Last night my husband and I decided we'd been stuck home long enough cooking, making dishes, messing up the kitchen. So I looked on line and saw that we could order our dinner on line from Kopps. I called Kopps on Layton and asked how we pick up the food and was told by a very nice person that there is a special register way to the left that is for online orders. I thought this would be perfect. We drove to Kopps, I went into the store, only to find complete chaos as it pertains to social distancing and the "not so special line" for the online register. The crowd was such that I actually had to brush up against people to get to the register and the crowd was up against the people in the "special line." There was no place safe inside to wait for my food. I missed my name being called for my food cuz I was outside waiting safely away from the mass of people. I had $24 worth of food ordered or I would have just left and gone somewhere else. THE MANAGEMENT AT KOPPS IS PUTTING PEOPLE IN DANGER WITH THEIR NON-PLAN TO HANDLE THEIR CUSTOMERS IN A SAFE AND PRUDENT WAY. I was shocked at how obviously little energy was used by Kopps management to put a really good plan in place. How sad. This situation is one of THE BIG REASONS Covid still haunts us. I'm sure Kopps won't miss us as customers cuz they have so many, but I cannot spend my money where customers are a dime a dozen so management doesn't have to care about their well-being.
