Very poor customer service. If you have any issues the corporate office does not reply to emails or phone calls about their defective software program.
ReplyDeleteI have inquired for 3+ years about issues with their workout program when working out with weights between 90 and 110 lbs. The only response is that they know there is an issue but they don't know how to correct it
