On February 14th, 2024 around 8:44 p.m. I purchased meals for our family which was two double burger meals and hot wings. The double burger that I bit into had a latex glove in the middle and wrapped around the bottom. After the contact with the latex, my mouth experienced a breakout and a swollen throat. Negligence, pain, and suffering! I drank Benadryl to resolve the problem.

Went and ordered food from the bar for takeout. About a dozen people walked by without even asking if I needed help or if was someone helping me!! Once the young lady came from the back I was finally able to order, once I got home and was ready for dinner we were missing a whole meal and sides for both dinners. Called to let them know the lady on the phone said I ordered food at 3 pm and it was after 5 pm. She didn’t even apologize but she did offer a gift card refund for 30.00 or a refund from corporate. After that conversation, I guess next time I’ll have to open every carry-out container to make sure I have enough food for my family!!!

I was told my Order would be ready at 5:27 p.m. and I was there on time.

Did not receive my order until 5:57 pm

I text my parking lot number and have been waiting ever since. I always tip just because I know they have to walk it out. But at this point. I feel like I’m being robbed of my money and time. Because I have to wait and then go in and get it myself.

I go to this same location because it’s close to my house. And I was told I didn’t see you out there.

The day I was sent home for being late I had a blowout and had to replace the tire and I had the receipt showing the tire replaced and the time of the situation. I had called several times to let them know starting before we were even opened and no one would answer causing me to call a server to let them know the situation this was after calling 4 maybe 5 times. I never heard from a manager I was fired and I had texted the GM and the kitchen and service manager getting no response. Tried going to Teamworkx to check my schedule and couldn’t get in. Then a SERVER friend told me that I was fired never told by a GM unprofessional. I feel like a server who has been there 20 years decided because she is racist and has been constantly trying to get me fired. She is one of the rudest employees I have ever worked with but she is shown favoritism and allowed to treat employees like garbage. She makes a toxic work environment not only for me but for almost every other employee there. When I tried to address it with a manager they said she has been there forever just to try to ignore her. but how can you ignore blatant disrespect? the bumping into me talking hateful and rudeness every single day is unprofessional.

I placed an order the day before Christmas Eve online and I was scheduled to pick up my order at 2:45 due to them closing early @3 I was on time at 2:45 I stood in line an hour in a half for them to tell them that they didn’t have anything to give me and that was the only thing I had a plan for my family to eat and the only money that I had then and here it is December 31 and still haven’t received my money on my card.
