  1. first of all...the word 'SPA' usually indicates the use of robes or towels. which are no more. how do u call it a spa when it has lost the convenience of not having to put ur clothes back on after every service you do? And why aren't there any paper towels in the room so u can at least wipe off? I never saw one girl wiping down the doorknobs or doors where everybody touches. I seriously hope u lower ur prices to go along with the crappy so called spa services. those girls have no idea what spa means. I been going there for 8 years, and that's 1260.00 a year . I never get any perks, nothing free or any other specials cause I have the most expensive plan. Why don't we get any discounts ? All the discounts go to lesser monthly plan people. I have never won anything or gotten any special deals..very unfair. you don't take care of the people who pay the highest price. like maybe a free month once in a while? u guys make a fortune just on what I pay. the corona virus has changed everything, and obviously the quality of ur service. not to mention the snotty attitudes of a lot of the teeny boppers that work there. when you say SPA I don't feel like im getting a SPA experience when I go there. when do we get a break from u people? I have brought over 30 people to this place , and sometimes I am embarrassed because of the way they are treated. you might need to put somne older girls in there that know what a spa experience really is. lower ur prices, its not a spa without towels to at least wipe the sweat off. I am probably going to yelp a not so favorable review but I wanted to contact u first...like I said I been going there for 7or 8 years.am not so satisfied with the service I get. Also,the loss of Cassidy at your El Cajon store is a great loss, she was great at customer service. thank u for ur time,, if u really did read this

  3. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I am beyond upset and disappointed in iTan Wildomar! Tonight I arrived at the same time I always have for the last 5 months. I can only come at night because I have a severely special needs daughter and I have to wait until I can get her to bed. I WAS TREATED SO BADLY BY THE GIRLS and I am just in tears. They were clearly mad when I arrived. I let them know I would be in and out before the store closed in 10 minutes like I ALWAYS had. THEY did not have a clean room. THEY were rude to me. I waited for them to get a room clean for 8 minutes. Then she had the nerve to tell me they were closing. It was not my fault they were not prepared for a paying customer. I asked for a hair cover and the girl walked past me and said very rudely it's already in there. Then when I closed the door to the mystic tan and they thought I could not hear them SHE LITERALLY YELLED and they began talking crap, thinking I could not hear them! THIS IS THEIR JOB! They made me feel that I was such a burden on them. When I got out of the room I walked to the front and let them know that I heard her scream and heard the mean things they were saying about me. I let them know that they were SO rude and MEAN and that this was the only time I could come because of my special needs daughter. I was holding my mask in my hand because I could not catch my breath I was so upset, and instead of saying I am sorry or anything even remotely close to that, the other girl looked at me and grinned and then very rudely said, "You need to wear a mask." I looked at her in such surprise. I let them know that I would be contacting the manager and they both smiled again and said, "Sounds good, don't come back without your mask on!" REALLY? That is what you have to say to me? REALLY? So I walked out the door and flipped her off. Then she opened the door and yelled at me and said, "We are cancelling your membership!" Guess what, I already did!!! Anyone with a special needs child can tell you that getting out to do ANYTHING for yourself is a miracle and this was the ONE thing that I did for myself. But after being treated so rudely I will never go back to iTan! These girls should be ashamed of how they treated me but their smirks and laughs as I walked out the door show that iTan does not care about customers and certainly not about people like me who have special needs children.

  4. A emiyee at the mission gorge location made a comment to her friend that I always come in 5 min before they close and she hates it I don't feel comfortable going back to this location and I'm canceling my membership
