  1. hello I have watched your new store from start to finish but one comment I have you keep saying your new store is IKEA HALIFAX this store is being built in Dartmouth at Dartmouth Crossing and not in Halifax so I would hope the next time you put in the local paper about your new store you will say IKEA DARTMOUTH ... I thank you Dennis Allen (Dartmouth)

  3. Mr. Wayne Lord
    International Police Association
    Monteregie Region, Quebec, Canada
    February 10, 2019.

    Ikea Canada

I represent the International Police Association (IPA) for the Monteregie region in Quebec, Canada. The IPA membership is made up of serving and retired police officers worldwide who together seek to encourage the development of international police friendships and solidarity, facilitate international cooperation, promote respect for law and order while improving relations between the police and the general public and foster youth exchanges that will enrich their understanding of the police role in their community.

The Monteregie IPA has over 200 active members who have organized and supported many community oriented, charitable organizations, donating time and money to such worthy causes as the Champlain College student food bank, summer camp in the Eastern Townships, Mira, the palliative care residence- Victor Gadbois and the Missing Children’s Network to name a few.

The International Police Association is composed of approximately 500,000 members located in 66 different countries with nearly 3000 across Canada and is the largest police association in the world. All regions are bound to the same constitution and participate in a variety of community events within their respective region/country.

In order to encourage the IPA membership in its various activities while providing heightened visibility for your company/corporation as a corporate citizen in the community we kindly request that you consider supporting our group by offering corporate rates for your services/products. In exchange we will use our websites and facebook pages available to all I.P.A. members across the globe.

We already have other well know companies that have shown a desire to partner with the police and are currently providing our members with discount prices upon proof of membership in the I.P.A. Notably, ViaRail, Louis Garneau, Lole, TD Bank, La Capitale Insurance, The Brick to name a few sponsors.
If you have any questions or require additional information I would be prepared to meet you in person. Alternatively please feel free to contact me directly at 514-978-7137 or [email protected]

    Respectfully,
    Wayne Lord, R.C.M.P.(ret)
