unacceptable experience at the Ice Cold Air Moog rd location

Rated 3.0 out of 5
April 15, 2023

Hello, my name is Ben. I am reaching out to the corporate office due to my unacceptable experience at the Ice Cold Air Moog Rd location. I took my 2000 F150 in to have a new OEM catalytic converter kit installed with O2 sensors and gaskets. Jake saw the parts and said no problem. After 3.5 hours they returned my vehicle with the O2 sensors and new gaskets still in the bag on my floorboard. Jake apologized and said to bring it back. After another 6 hours of working on my truck and charging me 377..00 dollars they returned it and said finished. I still had a very noisy exhaust leak and realized they missed one O2 sensor. I’ve had it. I took my truck to the dealership. They charged me 1192.90 to fix the issue. They informed me that the work was subpar and that my transmission harness was left resting on the manifold causing damage to the harness which would take another 1300.00 to fix. I am livid at this point. I would like a resolution to this problem.
