Houston Garden Center Customer Service Really Stinks

I visited a branch location on FM 1960 in Mar 2023. My car was scratched up by 2 to 3 of the Garden Center’s trees falling on my car. I made an attempt to complain in the store but there was little to no English language spoken. However, I was given a contact (Kim Hooper) for Corporate. I tried contacting this person via phone, and then email. No response, no apology, nothing has ever been received. Very unprofessional customer service.

I went and purchased some items at the Houston Garden Center Store#24 on 05/04 around 5:30 p.m… I’m complaining because everyone that I entered acted with could not speak English so, therefore, my questions could not be answered. There was one person and that was the manager and he could not answer any questions because he did not have the authorization. However, going forward I can’t spend my money there if no one can further assist me. I’ve asked other people did they are having the same problems and they stated yes. I understand that we are a diverse country but, we need to be able to go to a store and everyone who working should be able to help. I will go with someone else going forward. Just wanted to inform you of what was going on.

Thank you!
