This message is for the CEO of Horchow.I have been waiting for a refund for 5 weeks. I have so far spoken to 10 different people in customer service. My last call was on 8/15/16 when I spoke with Morgan at extension 6025 who promised to call me back within the hour. It is now august 19 and I am yet t receive a call back or a refund. I have been a customer for over 8 years. I can guarantee that I will never purchase anything from Horchow or Neiman again. Your customer service and responses are so incredibly poor. Yu should be ashamed of your customer service team.
