Health South Texarkana is the most poorly managed place I have ever worked. Upper management has no clue what goes on in the in patient hospital. Management is never there, yet they set rules and expect perfection from loyal employees. You are told that there is a open door policy if there is a problem but the problems are never addressed or resolved except to fire the person making the complaint. The people that keep them ranking high in patient satisfaction are not appreciated. Just wanted corp to know these things. I have been there aprox 3 years and have seen the CEO change three times. This should be a clue !!!!!!
