I emailed service department on August 15th, with issues with my trailer, and still no response as of yet. I called and left voicemail with customer service today, and sent another email, no email or callback so far
ReplyDeleteI run a repair business and repair all types of vehicles and trailers, this has been the worst experience ever in just trying to order parts, you can never get anyone on the phone and I agreed to wait 5 business days before contacting, I ordered the parts 11-21-2019 and now its 12/4/19 and my customer still does not have his trailer he uses for work purposes, yes I know I can order parts to repair it from other sources, but in this case the front nose cone is patent through them and no one can sell it but them.
