Casey's 2 for 2

I was getting off work and was craving Casey’s. It’s my favorite so it’s a treat when I decide to get one. I called the store and had to use the automated system, which I’m not really a fan of but hey it sometimes makes life easier. Well, my order I guess was too complex so it transferred me through to the store where I proceeded to be placed on hold. I was holding for about 30 minutes when I decided to hang up and call back. I call back the same thing and am placed on hold again this time after another 30 minutes went by I decided to put my phone on speaker and just let it stay playing the hold music. finally about 2 hours of hold music I had enough, and went to bed hungry. Well, I decided to call the next day to see if there was a valid reason for the hold. Well sure enough I get put back on hold for another 2 hours. This is very upsetting, I am still craving Casey’s and am still hungry. I’m not sure about you but most businesses are supposed to answer the phone and help the customers.

Casey's HQ - False advertising and horrible customer service

Advertising shows discounts for products and when you purchase said product the discount is 50 cents less. Placed an online order and waited until after the estimated time of completion and the order had not even been started when I got there to pick it up. Marion Kansas store has progressively become worse and worse.

I was just let go from my overnight position last night, one hour from my shift (GM- Quiana and Store #4088). all because my manager couldn’t use me how she wanted and because as a Team member, I refuse to Train new Casey’s employees. Know that i am very upset at Casey’s for not being more aware of the people you are allowing to become General managers.
