Got the defective LG fridge on delivery from girias Mangalore.promised to replace the product but replace the defectiv e part and went.now not even responding.
Hi I brought a Panasonic TV at st.John's road store and the TV had issue I had complained and the store didn't support me or take my concern SK I had approached Panasonic n the technician came and did a TV replacement and again I faced the same issue in the new TV then as per Panasonic technician I had used the TV with out stabilizer and the TV was working fine.The really issue is with the local stabilizer which I hot it from the Girias and when I contacted the store The service was so phatetic the store manager was not wiling to help me in the issue instead he said he will not do replacement..I am also a retailer and know what are the issues are.Store manager is not willing to help instead he is telling the stabilizer company person will come and authorise at my home and once he says then the replacement will be done.i mean y the consumer has to under go pressure and problem just because of your problems

BE AWARE THIS DEALER IS A BIG CHEAT...... I purchased a 2 ton AC and the deal was finalsied after agreeing for installation charges. Pathetic is that the m/c was purchased on 9th mar and came for installation after on 12th mar after repeated requests. Secondly so far they have not reimbursed the installation charges i paid though i have repeatedly requested over phones. Complaint was lodged even to their Customer service mail as well as to the telephone nos. but nothing happened till now. They promise many things but will never keep any of them. They will never reveal the contact nos of concerned managers or even GM. They say they don't have their nos. This is absolute ridiculous.
Worst girias yelahanka . Sending dent products forcing to take . Has it's not dent . They don't know how to speak with cousterms . Taking there own time to delivery. Very bad experience. Close your girias showroom don't try to fool cousterms. We have better options mind it .
I visited your Karur branch to buy 42 inch Sony TV and paid Rs 5000 as advance. I dealt with Mr Balaji and another person called himself as Manager. The model I selected was not in stock and they agreed to get this TV from nearby town Erode which is 65 km from Karur. I booked the TV at 12.30 noon. Till now 14.30 today TV is not delivered. I called your office twice. The response from the Manager is too unfriendly and undesirable. I am a senior citizen and retired Senior Executive from a Bank. I have never received such nasty responses from anyone. The team's attitude after closing the deal is totally different. If I don't receive the delivery by 11.a.m tomorrow I will be compelled to cancel the deal. Hope you will take this feedback on the right sense and correct the earring staff.
