I purchased a vehicle at the Germain Cadillac of Easton dealership a month ago, I paid cash for the vehicle I asked the salesperson when will I receive my title and the answer that I was given was when we get it so I asked to speak with the manager her name is Lyndsey Novak and I asked her the same question she said when we get it, No one gave me any explanation on why it was taking so long, the customer service at this dealership is very bad and the manager was very rude I spoke with their corporate center twice about the situation and haven’t heard back from anyone so now I think I need to get ahold of the news media to see if they can get an answer for me. This is supposed to be a luxury car dealership it’s more like a backyard makeshift dealership with the worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life
