It has become beyond difficult to get a call back from the ganz estore ...having problems with items or deluxe accounts doesn't seem to mean much as no return call after messages are left...after all the money spent on these accounts I would think they would at least take the time to return calls as they state they would do if a message is left....very disgusted with ganz after being a customer for 13 years .
