  2. Scam apartments Luxury code for sec 8.

Fairfield makes idol threats to pray on the uninformed.

    Hot off The Press

Just to start, they removed the latch to the apartment door. My son refused to use the dead-bolt. They threaten him on the phone with eviction, Ant infestation we have to get used to them crawling on us if we sit in the living room. Have to run the central AC 24 hrs a day just to reach 75% by day’s end, The closed up 3/4 of the Ac ducts The employees are clearly nervous, after you sign the contract they then add a Ryder on stating the maintenance personal are libel. Which comes later they also threat employees to pay for the new contract before they see it. My neighbor went away for a few days he rented a storage locker for $200. My son had two friends come over for asleep over for an X box night both had to call parents to be extracted it was warmer inside the apartment. For all this I am paying Nearly $2 K They refuse to answer if they would submit the EOC request to pay the security deposit. We had two power outages here because they didn't upgrade the electrical wiring under ground.

Who is Garry Broxmeyer Member???? I place illegal signs on my MKX COLDWR with Veterans Plates. Fairfield teamed up to attempt to evict us. I need the court date. I guessing I’m going to get the first that date, through the corporate office. Garry you aren’t getting paid enough.

  3. Have been a resident for over 10+ years at the Brixton Apts. North Dallas, Texas. Unfortunately 6/15/20 our truck was towed. We have a disability permit and have parked in the same area for a 1.5 yrs. When we called the office they did not seem to concerned & said, the Permit was not visible. When we paid the $188.06 fee picked it up, we found the permit on the floorboard of the vehicle. It had fallen down. She remembers putting it up, at 66 senior citizen, breast cancer patient, and during this coronavirus pandemic you would think she would be given some consideration. No compassion or empathy.

  4. I am a resident and have been for 4+ years at Auburn Court located in Auburn Washington. Previously, this was managed by SHAG but Fairfield Residential came on board Jan of this year,2020.
The manager and the maintenance are to be commended: my bathroom plumbing needed clearing; the inhouse staff, after several attempts and outside plumbers were unable to locate the cause.
A plan was conceived that jackhammering was necessary to get to the core problem.
I had the monetary resources to spend five days in a local motel. In addition, I was able to spend three nights at daughter's apartment while she was out of town.
Shelley, our manager and Gala kept me updated as to changes in problem locations until
I was able to return my apartment while the last to do list was complete. Daniel Finn's crew of Carl and Aaron touched my heart when they rehung my pictures. I came home to new vinyl in bathroom and kitchen.
