Reach Five Below Corporate Office Headquarters 

Five Below, Manager screamed profanity at me. I wanted to return an item but didn’t have a receipt but used my credit card. I was told that I could not return the item. I asked for the manager and she told me the same thing. I asked for the district managers phone number and the manager gave me an attitude and stated she doesn’t have it. I said every place should have access to their higher managers but she again said she didn’t have it. The associate then stated they can’t give that out. I was upset and stated that this is wrong and started to leave when the Manager, yes the manager screamd at me ” What the **** do you want, I can’t ***** help you. Get the **** out of the store.” She refused to give me her name but I took her picture and plan on persuing this to the fullest extent. I deal with the public everyday and this is the most disgusting display of service I have ever seen.

Five Below, This store is getting worse. When this store first opened everything was under $5. There were cashiers to check you out. And the bags were free. Now most of the merchandise is over $5. You have to check out your purchase yourself, while the employees are on their phones. And you have to pay 5 cents per bag. Give me a reason why I should come back to this store? Guarantee. this company will be out of business in a couple years.

Five Below, I had a disappointing experience at Five Below due to unprofessional behavior from both an employee and the manager. While shopping, an employee was on her phone, speaking negatively about customers. When I asked if she was referring to me, she became hostile and used inappropriate language. When I requested to speak with a manager, the situation escalated instead of being resolved. The manager arrived but seemed more focused on addressing me rather than the employee’s behavior. Frustrated, I left without making my purchase. Later, I called the store to report the incident, but the person who answered, claiming to be the manager, refused to provide her name or contact information for further follow-up. This lack of professionalism and accountability needs to be addressed.

Five Below, Disgusted. I went to your Buena Park Store located at 8371 La Palma Ave and it was the first and last time I will ever walk into one of your stores. I had my items ready to check out the girl who had know name badge had brown short curly hair and glasses, told me to move down one checkout so she can watch me, are you guys kidding me who says that Im 65 years old I have money and I don’t need to take anything, you need to coach her on how to speak to people, I left everything I told her you don’t get my business.
