I love the products but the custome service is horrible they talk over you, they do not listen, they argue with you, they do not search for entries that may have been put in by another rep. the said I did not pay my last bill I said I have my bank statement proving I did I said may I have a fax number I was told they did not have it I have to contact collections I asked if I could speak to a supervisor I was they would tell me the same thing I said may I speak to on he repeated himself and refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor.. I know you rack in millions but think about what you lose from repeat customers because of the rudeness.
