Club Fitness, I walked into Florissant Club Fitness just now and turned around and left. The “bopping or music was so loud , even with my canceling headphones is uncalled for. I will go in one more time this week and if it is the same I will not be back. Too Loud With The Music And “Bopping” I will go back one more time and if it is still the same I will never be back.

Club Fitness, O’Fallon Fitness /Gym. I saw the workers going through the computers sifting through customers personal information. If a customer pass is ok – the employees should be careful not to poke and prod into personal information. It make them look nosey and inappropriate.

My child refuses to enter the child care facility in the Arnold location and when asked why is because they are mean and he says he has no friends. I’ve witnessed the workers talking poorly to the children. So I took him to the Fenton location for the first time today. He wasn’t in there for 30 minutes and I went to check on him. He has chalk all over his face. The worker is holding a child that isn’t upset at all talking to someone who doesn’t work there and saying to me oh your kid is crying in the corner.
