While having breakfast with my wife this past Wednesday morning, I encountered a long strand of hair, which I brought to the attention of our server. Was brought out another order of french toast bread. However, I received no visit from the general mgr or manager, understand I was looking for no freebee, and I feel that I should have afforded a visit from the general mgr. understand my and visit the eaten park 3 days a week, I was not offered any compensation for this meal. The server halfhearted laughed it off. Thank you

I am writing this comment about Eat N Park in McKeesport. My wife and I went to have a nice fish dinner.

I knew we were in trouble when the waitress who waited on us never gave us silverware, we had to ask. Next

We waited 5 mins to place our order, and after waiting 20 mins for our meal, my fish was cool along with my wife’s. We ordered

french fries and mac and cheese, which were frozen and cold. I called the manager who asked about my meal. I informed

him I am not paying 30.54 for my meal. He waited a while then said he look into it. He did give me a discount, I informed him

and the waitress will never ever be back. SHAME ON YOU.
