Perry Homes Corporate Office and Headquarters Address

The company overview identifies the Houston headquarters, and Perry Homes’ legal and privacy information specifies Suite 2800. Its public contact number provides customer and applicant assistance; it is not identified here as a dedicated executive switchboard or complaints hotline.

Corporate correspondence: Confirm the intended recipient before mailing documents or arranging a visit. Warranty correspondence has a separate mailing address below. Use your purchase agreement and verified closing instructions for formal notices and payments rather than assuming they belong at headquarters.

Perry Homes Phone Number and Contact Options

The official contact page provides the following menu options. Choose the team responsible for the issue and keep any existing reference number available.

Purpose Contact What to know
Customer support 800-247-3779, option 1 Starting point for general assistance and identifying the appropriate team.
New warranty request Online warranty form Submit the home and repair information in writing.
Warranty-request status 800-247-3779, option 2 Follow up on a previously submitted request.
Sales, appointments, and community questions Contact form or your community sales representative For an existing purchase, reference the community and your assigned team.

Urgent mechanical-system problems Emergency contacts in your closing packet Follow the urgent-request instructions, not a routine appointment request alone.

How to File and Escalate a Perry Homes Complaint

Start with the team closest to the concern: your sales representative for a purchase question, the construction manager for an active build, or the warranty team for a post-closing repair. For unresolved concerns, these steps can help organize a request for further review:

  1. Identify the home and issue privately. Include the community, relevant dates, and existing service reference. Avoid publishing your complete address in a public review.
  2. Explain what remains unresolved. Summarize earlier contacts, attempted repairs, and any promised action.
  3. Keep supporting records. Save photographs, inspection findings, written selections, service requests, and correspondence.
  4. Ask for a specific response. Request an assessment, repair update, coverage explanation, correction, or review of the dispute.
  5. Request management review when needed. Ask customer support which construction, customer-service, or corporate manager can review the existing case.

Obtain a case reference and ask when to expect another update. These are practical complaint-organizing suggestions, not a guaranteed corporate escalation sequence or promise of compensation. A general complaint should not replace the written warranty request for a repair.

Perry Homes Warranty Requests and Mailing Address

Submitting an Online Request

Perry Homes’ warranty process calls for written requests. The online form asks for homeowner details, the property and community, closing month and year, and a description of each item. Add separate items individually and attach relevant photographs or documents.

The form lets you request a day and time for an initial assessment, but that selection is not a confirmed appointment. It also asks you not to select a day within the next 24 hours. Retain a copy or confirmation of your submission.

Sending a Warranty Request by Mail

The warranty-process page publishes this destination:

Perry Homes Customer Service Department
P.O. Box 34306
Houston, TX 77234

This is different from the corporate street address. Keep copies and delivery records, and follow the notice instructions in your own warranty documents.

Following Up on Delays or Repeat Repairs

Perry Homes’ published process describes contact from a Construction Manager within 48 hours to arrange a review. That is an initial-contact expectation, not a promise that repairs will be finished within 48 hours.

For a missed update or recurring problem, reference the earlier request and ask which items remain open, what further assessment is needed, and when the team expects to return. Request a written explanation when an item is declined, including the warranty provision used in the decision.

Perry Homes Warranty Coverage and Appliance Issues

The official warranty overview describes a two-year workmanship limited warranty and a ten-year structural limited warranty, beginning at closing. It also points homeowners to their complete warranty documents through MyAccount.

These are different categories of coverage, not a blanket ten-year guarantee for every part of the home. Check the document issued for your purchase, the affected component, applicable exclusions, and the reporting procedure.

Appliances: The warranty form directs appliance-related issues to the manufacturer. Keep the purchase or closing information, model details, and manufacturer warranty available. Ask the construction team separately when the concern involves installation rather than the appliance itself.

The Federal Trade Commission’s new-home warranty guide explains the distinction between a builder warranty and a separately purchased home service contract. It recommends written claims and retained records. For a substantial coverage or construction dispute, have a qualified attorney review the documents and applicable state requirements.

Urgent Repair Concerns After Move-In

For urgent plumbing, electrical, or heating and air-conditioning problems, Perry Homes directs owners to the contractor contacts supplied at closing. If those contacts cannot be reached, its process page directs owners to the community construction office during construction business hours or the community sales office afterward.

Immediate danger: For fire, a suspected gas emergency, or another immediate threat to safety, move to a safe location and contact emergency services or the utility’s emergency line as appropriate. Do not wait for a routine warranty appointment or attempt an unsafe repair.

After urgent assistance is arranged, document the incident and notify the warranty team. Ask how to submit records and whether additional approval is needed; do not assume every outside contractor expense will be reimbursed.

Construction Updates, Walkthroughs, and Closing Questions

For an active build, ask your sales and construction contacts to confirm the current schedule, outstanding selections, and the next inspection or walkthrough. Compare disputed features with the signed plans, specifications, and change orders rather than relying only on marketing photographs or a model home.

During a walkthrough, keep a written list of unfinished or disputed items and ask who is responsible for each one. Record any agreed work and follow-up date. Preserve copies of inspection reports and the response to each finding.

For closing delays, deposits, cancellation requests, or a promised credit, ask for a written explanation tied to your purchase agreement. Obtain advice from a qualified real-estate attorney before relying on an assumed cancellation or refund right. A corporate complaint or online review does not itself cancel the contract or establish a refund.

Financing and Homeowners Association Questions

Keep builder, lender, and title-company questions separate. Perry Homes’ Parkstone Mortgage information, for example, identifies Parkstone as the mortgage provider and discloses an affiliated relationship.

For loan approval, rates, escrow, or mortgage payments, contact the lender or servicer named in your paperwork. For a builder incentive, ask the sales team to confirm its conditions in writing; an advertised incentive is not confirmation of loan approval.

For homeowners association dues, community rules, or common-area maintenance, check the association and management contacts in your closing documents. Ask who is responsible for the specific issue rather than assuming the builder’s warranty team manages every neighborhood service.

Perry Homes Human Resources, Employment Verification, and Careers

The official careers page provides employment information for construction, sales, corporate functions, and internships. For an application-status question, use the published option 3 on the main contact number.

Current and former employees should use the HR or payroll contacts in their employment records for benefits, tax documents, workplace concerns, and employment verification. The application-status option is not verified as a general HR or verification line. Confirm the authorized process before sending personnel documents.

About Perry Homes and Its Ownership

Perry Homes describes itself as family-owned and operated since 1967. Its July 2026 company information identifies homebuilding operations in Texas and Florida, rather than Texas alone.

The same company information identifies the Britton Homes brand in selected Dallas-Fort Worth communities and MasterCraft Builder Group in selected Jacksonville-area communities. For a service request, use the brand and company named in your purchase and warranty documents.

For a particular community’s available designs, included features, and construction options, confirm details with its sales team. Corporate background information is not a guarantee about a specific home’s condition or available upgrades.

These independent guides cover other homebuilders. They are separate from Perry Homes’ official support channels and do not handle a Perry Homes warranty claim.

Perry Homes Reviews and Complaints Guidance

A useful review describes a firsthand experience with a purchase, construction update, walkthrough, repair request, or support interaction. Identify the community or general area, relevant timeline, contact route, response, and outcome without publishing private property or account information.

Distinguish a personal preference about design from an observed construction or service concern. Explain what happened and any documented findings rather than assuming a defect or company-wide pattern. Individual reviews do not establish the condition of every Perry home.

Why Trust CorporateOfficeHeadquarters.com?

This guide checks Perry Homes’ address, contact menu, warranty process, and company background against its official resources. It distinguishes the corporate street address from the warranty mailing address and separates builder support from lenders, manufacturers, and employment matters.

Contact details and procedures can change. Confirm instructions for your own property, purchase agreement, and warranty documents. Complaint-organizing suggestions are not guaranteed company policies or outcomes.

Perry Homes Marvida Neighborhood

February 26, 2025

Perry Homes, Ongoing Construction Issues in Marvida Neighborhood. I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the ongoing construction-related disruptions in the Marvida neighborhood, including road blockages, excessive noise, debris left in the streets, and repeated disregard for residents’ property and well-being. The quality of life in Marvida has been significantly diminished due to these ongoing nuisances, making daily living unnecessarily stressful. On the morning of February 26, 2025, the roadway leading to my home was completely blocked due to construction activity, preventing traffic from passing. As a result, I received a voicemail from my son’s school transportation department stating that I had to take him to school myself since the special needs bus could not get through. When I reached out to Garrett Andrews regarding this issue, he dismissed my concerns, claiming he had been directing traffic all morning. However, my experience contradicts this assertion. Garrett was nowhere to be found when I left to drop my son off at school or when I returned, and I had to wait over 10 minutes for the roadway to be cleared before I could get through. I was only able to pass after holding my horn down to get the workers to clear enough space.

Additionally, I raised a critical safety concern regarding emergency vehicle access. Upon measuring the available roadway space, I found that the clearance between the concrete truck and the curb was only 8 feet 11 inches. A standard school bus is 9 feet wide, and a fire truck is 10 feet wide, meaning that emergency vehicles would not have been able to pass safely, if at all. Mr. Andrews dismissed this concern as well, despite the clear safety hazard. Beyond the road blockage, I have also experienced ongoing disturbances due to contractors playing loud music starting early in the morning and continuing until as late as 6-8 PM, depending on their work schedule. The volume and duration of this noise are highly disruptive, particularly for those who work from home or have young children. Additionally, contractors frequently saw materials in the middle of the street, leaving behind debris that creates both safety hazards and inconvenience for residents. Loose construction materials and dust contribute to hazardous road conditions, and the lack of cleanup efforts is unacceptable. The issues with construction disruptions are not new. When the house next to mine was under construction, my driveway was repeatedly blocked by construction vehicles, despite the fact that I was nine months pregnant at the time. This was extremely concerning, as I could have needed to leave at a moment’s notice for a medical emergency but would not have been able to do so. Additionally, during that time, I experienced multiple instances where contractors used my water without permission and regularly threw trash into my yard. To make matters worse, at one point, the contractors even took a nap on my fence. I called Perry Homes to report the incident, only to be met with dishonesty—contractors denied the claim, despite the fact that I had taken a picture before they moved. This blatant disregard for private property and truthfulness is unacceptable. These persistent issues have made living in Marvida frustrating and inconvenient. The continued disruptions, safety hazards, and lack of accountability by Perry Homes and its contractors have significantly reduced the quality of life in this neighborhood. Residents should not have to deal with daily obstructions, excessive noise, and disrespect for their property simply because new homes are being built. I request that Perry Homes take immediate action to address these issues by ensuring: 1. Proper traffic management during construction activities to prevent road blockages and ensure emergency vehicle access at all times. 2. Reasonable noise control measures, including restrictions on loud music during early and late hours. 3. Adequate cleanup procedures to remove debris from the streets after work is completed. 4. Clear communication with contractors regarding respect for residents’ property, including prohibiting unauthorized use of utilities, improper disposal of trash, and inappropriate behavior such as resting on private property.

5. Accountability and transparency when residents report legitimate concerns. Please confirm receipt of this email and inform me of the steps Perry Homes will take to resolve these concerns. The ongoing issues are unacceptable, and I expect a prompt resolution.
