How to Escalate a NASCAR Complaint

The following are suggested follow-up steps, not a published NASCAR escalation procedure.

  1. Identify the responsible organization. Separate a digital-account issue from a racetrack experience, ticket purchase, merchandise order or concern about the sport itself.
  2. Keep a short record. Save the race and track name, date, order or case number, relevant receipts and previous messages. For an app problem, note the device, app version and error message.
  3. Request a specific next step. Explain whether you want an account correction, order investigation, billing review, accessibility follow-up or written response. Ask for a reference number when available.
  4. Request further review from the same team. If the first response does not resolve the issue, ask for a supervisor or the department responsible for that type of concern. Keep using the same case history.
  5. Confirm corporate routing when appropriate. For a broader organizational concern, ask which department should receive it and confirm mailing instructions. Identify the event or decision involved and explain the response you are seeking.

A public review is not an official request: Posting here does not notify NASCAR, open a support case, cancel a purchase or request a refund. Send your request directly to the responsible organization.

NASCAR Headquarters and Contact Questions

Is NASCAR headquartered in Daytona Beach or Charlotte?

NASCAR identifies Daytona Beach’s International Motorsports Center as its headquarters. Its Charlotte office houses digital media, partnerships, licensing, content and other business functions. The Charlotte office should not be confused with an individual race team’s headquarters.

How do I email a NASCAR complaint?

For digital-product concerns, use the support email in the contact table. Website feedback has a separate published address. A general-purpose email covering every corporate, racing, ticketing and merchandise complaint was not verified; choose the route that matches your concern.

Can I mail NASCAR at One Daytona Boulevard?

That street address is published in NASCAR’s official terms. Before sending a general corporate letter, confirm the department and attention line so it can be routed correctly. Do not send merchandise returns to headquarters; obtain return instructions from the seller.

Who handles weather-related ticket refunds or exchanges?

Contact the racetrack ticket office and review the terms for your event. If you purchased through a reseller or package provider, ask that seller which policies apply. Do not assume all NASCAR events have the same refund or exchange terms.

How do I contact a driver or race team?

Use the driver’s or team’s own official website for fan mail, merchandise and business inquiries. NASCAR headquarters is not a substitute for a team’s published contact route.

NASCAR I am done with NASCAR

June 1, 2025

NASCAR, I am done! Clearly you care more about profit than your long time fans. For years I could watch your races on regular antenna TV. All had access. Now you require cable and recently streaming ability to watch your races. This leaves many of us who do not have access or who cannot afford additional TV services out in the cold. Profit over people. Bad!

NASCAR As a Fan I Feel Betrayed

NASCAR, As a fan I feel betrayed! I can’t believe I won’t be able to watch races on television next several weeks! I have been a fan since 1982, been to about 25 races. You have now lost me as a fan as I will not pay to watch. I will watch Indy Car and F1, but sadly I am done with you!

NASCAR Daytona 500 Preshow Issue

February 19, 2025

NASCAR, Preshow parade before Daytona 500. I am a Canadian, I was greatly dismayed with your little presidential performance during Daytona 500. Right now I am undecided if I will follow you anymore. I will decide by Friday. I am disappointed in NASCAR.
