Marie Callender’s Corporate Office: Headquarters, Phone Number and Customer Service

🗨  Comments

Marie Callender’s restaurant customer service and Marie Callender’s frozen-food customer service are handled separately. The best current corporate correspondence address published by the restaurant website is 170 E. Rincon Street in Corona, California. Marie Callender’s does not currently publish a central restaurant corporate-office phone number on its official contact page.

For a restaurant complaint, use the official restaurant contact form, email mc***************@*********rs.com, or call the individual restaurant involved. For a frozen dinner, pot pie, or supermarket dessert, contact Conagra Consumer Care at 1-877-266-2472.

Marie Callender’s Corporate Office and Customer-Service Information

The Conagra corporate number is not the preferred number for an ordinary frozen-food complaint. Call Conagra Consumer Care at 1-877-266-2472 when the issue involves a frozen meal, pot pie, dessert, product package, ingredient, quality problem, or requested grocery-product refund.

Marie Callender’s corporate office, restaurant, and frozen-food customer-service information
Marie Callender’s restaurant complaints and Conagra frozen-food complaints require separate customer-service contacts.

Where Is Marie Callender’s Headquarters?

The current Marie Callender’s restaurant website publishes the following company correspondence address:

Marie Callender’s Inc.
170 E. Rincon St.
Corona, CA 92879
United States

The address appears in the restaurant website’s current privacy and contact information. It is the strongest current official address available for restaurant corporate correspondence.

Older business listings may identify a Marie Callender’s corporate office in Mission Viejo, California, including addresses on Puerta Real or Acero. Those listings may reflect an earlier corporate-support office. The current restaurant website does not display the Mission Viejo address as its main contact address.

The Corona address should not be treated as a walk-in restaurant customer-service counter. Contact the restaurant or central support before mailing documents or visiting.

What Is Marie Callender’s Corporate Office Phone Number?

Marie Callender’s does not currently publish a central restaurant corporate-office phone number on its official website.

The number 1-949-448-5300 continues to appear in older directories as a Mission Viejo corporate number, but it is not shown on the current official restaurant Contact page. It should not be presented as verified current restaurant customer service without confirmation from Marie Callender’s.

The number 1-800-776-7437 also appears in older online listings, but it is not currently published on the official restaurant or Conagra contact pages.

Use the following current routes instead:

How Do I Contact Marie Callender’s Customer Service?

The correct customer-service route depends on what was purchased.

Marie Callender’s Restaurant Customer Service

Use restaurant customer service for:

  • A dine-in meal
  • A restaurant takeout order
  • Restaurant delivery
  • A freshly baked restaurant pie
  • Catering
  • A restaurant employee or manager complaint
  • A restaurant gift card
  • A restaurant refund request
  • Marie-club promotions
  • Restaurant cleanliness or accessibility

Contact the restaurant manager first when the problem involves one location. Use the restaurant email or contact form when the location does not resolve the issue.

Marie Callender’s Frozen-Food Customer Service

Contact Conagra for:

  • Frozen dinners
  • Frozen pot pies
  • Frozen desserts and pies
  • Multi-serve frozen meals
  • Frozen-food portion or ingredient concerns
  • Product packaging or package photography
  • An undeclared or unexpected ingredient
  • A damaged supermarket product
  • A product-quality complaint
  • A grocery-product refund request
  • A recall or food-safety question

Call 1-877-266-2472 or use the official Conagra Consumer Care form.

How to Make a Complaint About a Marie Callender’s Restaurant

  1. Identify the restaurant. Record the city, state, street address, and date of the visit or order.
  2. Speak with the manager on duty. Give the restaurant an opportunity to correct a wrong order, food-quality issue, service problem, or billing error.
  3. Keep the receipt. Retain the transaction details, order confirmation, delivery record, gift-card receipt, or catering agreement.
  4. State the requested resolution. Explain whether you want a corrected meal, refund review, replacement pie, gift-card correction, apology, or management response.
  5. Document the response. Save names, dates, emails, photographs, and any promised refund or follow-up.
  6. Use the official restaurant contact form. Include the restaurant location and a concise account of what happened.
  7. Email restaurant customer service. Send unresolved concerns to mc***************@*********rs.com.

Restaurant complaints are easier to review when they identify the exact location. A complaint that only says “Marie Callender’s” may be difficult to route because restaurants have separate managers, phone numbers, and operating teams.

What to Include in a Marie Callender’s Restaurant Complaint

  • The restaurant location
  • The visit or order date
  • The approximate time
  • The receipt or order channel
  • The food or service involved
  • The employee or department contacted
  • The manager’s response
  • Photographs when useful
  • The amount paid
  • The specific resolution requested

Do not publicly post a complete receipt number, payment-card information, delivery address, gift-card number, or employee personal information.

Marie Callender’s Restaurant Refund Complaints

Marie Callender’s does not currently publish one detailed chainwide restaurant-refund policy that covers every dine-in meal, takeout order, catering purchase, delivery order, restaurant pie, and franchise location.

For the best chance of prompt review:

  • Report the problem to the restaurant immediately.
  • Keep the food and packaging until the manager provides instructions.
  • Retain the receipt or order confirmation.
  • Identify whether Marie Callender’s or a delivery platform processed the payment.
  • Request written confirmation when a refund is approved.

If DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, or another platform processed the order, the platform may control the refund. The restaurant may still need to address food preparation or missing-item concerns.

Marie Callender’s Frozen-Meal and Pie Complaints

Frozen products sold in supermarkets are handled by Conagra Consumer Care rather than Marie Callender’s restaurant management.

Before contacting Conagra, keep:

  • The product box or package
  • The UPC or barcode
  • The best-by date
  • The lot or production code
  • The store receipt
  • Photographs of the product and packaging
  • A description of how the product was stored and prepared

Consumer Care may need these details to identify the product, manufacturing run, retailer, and possible resolution.

Frozen Food With Too Little Meat, Filling, or Vegetables

Complaints about small portions, insufficient meat, limited vegetables, watery potatoes, thin pie filling, or a product that differs from the package photograph should be submitted to Conagra.

Provide:

  • The exact product name
  • The package size
  • The date and store of purchase
  • The lot and best-by codes
  • Photographs before discarding the product
  • The amount paid
  • The requested refund or replacement

Package photographs are typically serving suggestions and may not show the exact appearance of every prepared product. Consumers can still report a product that appears substantially inconsistent with reasonable quality expectations.

Marie Callender’s Frozen-Food Refund Requests

A supermarket may offer a refund under its own return policy. Conagra Consumer Care may also review a product complaint and determine whether a coupon, replacement, refund, or another response is appropriate.

A refund is not automatic for every taste, portion, or texture complaint. The available response may depend on:

  • The product involved
  • The package codes
  • Proof of purchase
  • The nature of the quality concern
  • The retailer’s return policy
  • Whether the product was damaged or improperly stored

Do not mail food or packaging unless Conagra gives specific instructions.

Food-Safety, Allergen, or Foreign-Material Complaints

Stop consuming a product if it appears contaminated, contains foreign material, has damaged packaging, smells spoiled, or may contain an unexpected allergen.

Keep the product and packaging in a safe place when possible and contact Conagra Consumer Care promptly.

For a suspected illness, allergic reaction, choking incident, injury, or other medical emergency, obtain appropriate medical assistance. Do not wait for customer service to respond before seeking urgent care.

A consumer may also report a food-safety concern to the retailer or an appropriate government food-safety authority.

Marie Callender’s Product Recalls

Recall instructions are specific to the product, package size, lot code, establishment number, and best-by date named in the official notice.

When a recall is announced:

  • Stop using the affected product as instructed.
  • Compare all package details with the recall notice.
  • Follow the return, disposal, or refund directions.
  • Keep photographs and proof of purchase.
  • Use the contact number listed in the recall notice.

Do not assume that every Marie Callender’s product is affected when a recall concerns only certain packages or production lots.

Marie Callender’s Restaurant Locations and Phone Numbers

Marie Callender’s does not use one central restaurant telephone number for every location. Each restaurant has its own published phone number and operating hours.

The current official directory lists restaurants in:

  • California
  • Nevada
  • Idaho
  • Utah

The live directory currently lists 23 restaurants, while the Marie Callender’s About page states that the chain operates 27. Because restaurants can open or close, use the current official location directory before traveling or calling.

Marie Callender’s Gift-Card Complaints

Marie Callender’s restaurant gift cards are sold through a third-party gift-card platform.

Gift-card complaints may involve:

  • A card that was not delivered
  • An incorrect balance
  • A card not being accepted
  • An online gift-card order
  • A lost or damaged card
  • A gift card connected with a restaurant refund

The current online gift-card policy states that gift-card sales are final and are not refundable or returnable.

Keep the purchase confirmation, card number, receipt, delivery information, and any activation record. Do not post the full card number or security information publicly.

Marie Callender’s Catering and Holiday-Meal Complaints

Catering, holiday feasts, and large pie orders should be handled through the restaurant that accepted the order.

Before placing a large order, confirm:

  • The restaurant responsible for preparation
  • The pickup or delivery date and time
  • The menu and quantities
  • The deposit or payment terms
  • The cancellation deadline
  • Reheating instructions
  • Included utensils, sauces, and sides
  • Allergen and dietary questions

If a holiday or catering order is missing items or delayed, contact the restaurant immediately and retain the written confirmation.

Marie Callender’s Nutrition and Allergen Questions

Restaurant recipes, frozen products, and individual locations can use different ingredients and preparation methods.

For a restaurant allergy question:

  • Review the current restaurant nutrition information.
  • Speak directly with restaurant management before ordering.
  • Ask about ingredients and shared preparation areas.
  • Do not rely solely on an old online menu.

For a frozen product, read the current package label and SmartLabel information. Ingredients and manufacturing practices can change.

A restaurant or production facility may not be able to eliminate all risks of cross-contact.

Marie Callender’s Careers and Human Resources

Marie Callender’s does not publish one general Human Resources phone number for every restaurant applicant, current employee, former employee, payroll question, benefit issue, or employment-verification request.

Applicants can use the official Marie Callender’s Careers website.

Current restaurant employees should normally contact:

  • Their restaurant manager
  • The restaurant’s operating company or franchisee
  • Their regional manager
  • The Human Resources contact on employment documents
  • The payroll or benefits administrator

Conagra employment questions concerning frozen-food manufacturing, marketing, corporate operations, or other Conagra roles should be directed through the official Conagra careers website rather than Marie Callender’s restaurant management.

Do not post Social Security numbers, payroll records, schedules, tax documents, medical-leave information, or coworker personal information in a public review.

Who Owns Marie Callender’s Restaurants?

The Marie Callender’s restaurant chain was acquired by Elite Restaurant Group in 2019 after the former Perkins & Marie Callender’s organization entered bankruptcy proceedings.

Elite Restaurant Group is a privately held restaurant operator associated with several restaurant brands. Public restaurant-industry reporting identifies Michael Nakhleh as Elite’s leader.

Marie Callender’s restaurant website does not currently publish a detailed corporate-ownership or executive-leadership page. For legal, vendor, franchise, or employment matters, confirm the operating company named in the relevant contract or official correspondence.

Who Owns Marie Callender’s Frozen Foods?

Marie Callender’s frozen dinners, pot pies, desserts, and related grocery-store products are part of Conagra Brands’ portfolio.

Conagra Brands is a publicly traded food company listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol CAG.

Conagra’s current corporate headquarters is:

Conagra Brands, Inc.
222 W. Merchandise Mart Plaza
Suite 1300
Chicago, IL 60654

The Conagra corporate phone number is 1-312-549-5000. Frozen-food consumers should normally use Consumer Care at 1-877-266-2472 instead.

Who Is the CEO of Marie Callender’s?

Marie Callender’s Restaurants does not publish a separate current CEO or complete executive team on its official website. Michael Nakhleh is publicly identified as the leader of restaurant owner Elite Restaurant Group.

For the grocery-product business, John Brase is President and Chief Executive Officer of Conagra Brands. He became CEO effective June 1, 2026.

The correct executive therefore depends on whether the matter involves the restaurant chain or Conagra’s frozen-food products.

About Marie Callender and the Restaurant Chain

Marie Callender’s history began in the early 1940s, when Marie Callender baked and delivered pies to restaurants in Southern California.

By 1948, Marie, her husband Cal, and their son Don had expanded the home-based pie operation into a wholesale bakery. Don opened the first Marie Callender’s pie and coffee shop in Orange, California, in 1964.

The restaurants began serving full meals in 1969. The menu developed around pies, comfort food, breakfast items, sandwiches, soups, salads, dinners, and seasonal holiday meals.

The restaurant chain and the frozen-food product line are now operated separately, even though both continue using the Marie Callender’s name.

Marie Callender’s Reviews, Complaints, and Customer Feedback

Five reader reviews are currently visible on this CorporateOfficeHeadquarters.com page.

All five primarily concern Marie Callender’s frozen grocery products rather than restaurant visits.

Reported concerns include:

  • A chicken meal with very little chicken and vegetables
  • A Slow Roasted Beef meal with limited meat and watery potatoes
  • Package photography that allegedly differed from the prepared product
  • A banana cream pie with thin filling and runny topping
  • Declining frozen-dinner portion sizes
  • Stuffing, potatoes, and vegetables that reviewers found disappointing

One reviewer praised the chicken pot pie while criticizing the Slow Roasted Beef meal. There is therefore limited positive product feedback within an otherwise negative group of reviews.

No visible comments currently describe restaurant service, restaurant employees, restaurant cleanliness, restaurant catering, or a restaurant corporate-office response.

These comments represent individual product experiences. They do not establish that every Marie Callender’s frozen product, production lot, restaurant, or customer experience will have the same result.

Marie Callender's Disappointing Meal

April 18, 2025

Marie Callender’s, Slow Roasted Beef Meal was awful. I can’t believe your sell this product looking the way it did. Where is the meat? Why did the potatoes taste like water? We have bought your Pot Pies and they aren’t even worth it. With a name like yours we thought it would be better. I think you need to take new Real photos of your products to put on your box…because this photo on this box is not even close to what was in it! I would appreciate a total refund. I paid $3.99 for this. Never again. Thank you.

Marie Callender's Disappointing Banana Cream Pie Review

March 11, 2025

Marie Callender’s, Banana Cream Pie review. What a shame that you show a pie with real filling and a cream that has texture and substance only to put what I received in the box. You need to tell your quality control person to find a different line of work. What a disappointment! I was shocked to say the least, 1/4 inch of filling and the rest was more like milk, not cream with any kind of texture. When I cut and removed a slice, I could see the cream topping running into the area of the slice that I removed. After this experience, I’m not so sure about Marie Callender’s idea of what quality is. One thing’s for sure, this is one product that I will never, ever, buy again.

Marie Callender's Satisfied and Dissatisfied

February 20, 2025

Marie Callender’s, Satisfied and Disatisfied. Rave about your chicken pot pies, however I purchased the Slow Roasted Tender Beef with Creamy Mashed Potatoes and it was terrible. On a Scale of 1 to 10 with 10 the best, the Chicken Pot Pie is a 10 the slow Roasted Tender Beef is a 0. The Beef did not at all seem to be real beef and the mashed potatoes were watery, no mash potatoe consistency at all. I’m certain you’ll get bad reviews on this one. My suggestion Take this product off the market.

Marie Callender's Disappointing TV Dinners

February 19, 2025

Marie Callender’s TV Dinners , Not Worth the Money. I’ve been buying Marie Callender’s TV dinners for my trucker husband for years since I work nights and don’t always have time to cook. But I’m done! The portions keep shrinking, and the quality has gone downhill. I had the turkey dinner last night, and it was a disappointment. The stuffing was a mushy blob, the mashed potatoes were watery, and the vegetables barely filled a spoon. It was more like a toddler’s portion than a meal for an adult. The other dinners weren’t any better. I won’t be buying these anymore. If I need a TV dinner, I’ll go with Hungry Man—they at least provide enough food. Marie Callender’s has gone the route of shrinking portions while keeping prices the same, and I’m not wasting my money on it. Time to start meal prepping instead!
