Dr Pepper Corporate Office Headquarters: Address, Phone Number and Complaints

🗨  Comments

Dr Pepper is a beverage brand of Keurig Dr Pepper Inc., whose current Texas corporate headquarters and principal executive office is located at 6425 Hall of Fame Lane, Frisco, TX 75034. The published KDP corporate contact number associated with the Frisco office is 1-800-527-7096. Dr Pepper product and consumer complaints should normally be directed to Dr Pepper Snapple Consumer Relations at 1-800-696-5891 before an unresolved corporate concern is escalated to the Frisco headquarters.

Dr Pepper Corporate Office and Headquarters Contact Information

The number 1-800-527-7096 is the current published KDP telephone number associated with the Frisco corporate address.

The number 1-800-696-5891 is Dr Pepper Snapple Consumer Relations. It is the more appropriate route for product quality, packaging, flavor, ingredients, promotions, and availability concerns.

The previously listed number 1-972-673-7000 is not currently published through Keurig Dr Pepper’s main official contact resources as its corporate, Consumer Relations, or Human Resources number.

Where Is Dr Pepper Headquarters?

Dr Pepper’s corporate operations are part of Keurig Dr Pepper, whose current Texas headquarters is located at:

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc.
6425 Hall of Fame Lane
Frisco, TX 75034

The Frisco office is located at The Star development and is the address currently used in Keurig Dr Pepper’s corporate filings, Investor Relations information, and official contact directory.

This is the address readers generally need when searching for Dr Pepper headquarters, Dr Pepper HQ, Dr Pepper corporate office, Dr Pepper corporate address, Keurig Dr Pepper headquarters, KDP headquarters, or 6425 Hall of Fame Lane.

Dr Pepper is a consumer brand rather than a separate publicly traded corporation with an independent headquarters building. The Frisco office should therefore be identified as Keurig Dr Pepper’s Texas headquarters and the principal corporate location associated with the Dr Pepper business.

The headquarters is not a bottling plant, retail store, product-return center, museum, walk-in complaint desk, or public Human Resources office. Do not bring beverage packages, damaged containers, cans, bottles, or other physical evidence to the corporate office unless Consumer Relations gives specific instructions.

Does Keurig Dr Pepper Have Two Headquarters?

Keurig Dr Pepper has historically described Frisco, Texas, and Burlington, Massachusetts, as its two corporate headquarters.

The official KDP contact directory currently lists:

Keurig Dr Pepper
53 South Avenue
Burlington, MA 01803
1-877-208-9991

The Burlington office is closely associated with Keurig, coffee, corporate communications, technology, and other company functions.

The Frisco office is the main Texas headquarters for the Dr Pepper and U.S. refreshment-beverage business and is currently used as KDP’s principal executive address in corporate filings.

A Dr Pepper soda complaint should normally be directed to Consumer Relations rather than the Burlington corporate office or Keurig brewer support.

Is Dr Pepper Still Headquartered in Plano?

No. Keurig Dr Pepper moved its Texas headquarters from Plano to Frisco.

Older company records, directories, product documents, and search results may continue to show Plano addresses, including the former corporate location.

Plano remains relevant because KDP’s privacy policy lists the following Consumer Relations mailing address:

Keurig Dr Pepper Consumer Relations
P.O. Box 869077
Plano, TX 75086-9077

That post-office box is a Consumer Relations and privacy contact address. It should not be confused with the current Frisco corporate headquarters.

Dr Pepper Ownership and Corporate Structure

Dr Pepper is owned by Keurig Dr Pepper Inc., a publicly traded beverage and coffee company.

KDP’s portfolio includes Dr Pepper, Keurig, Canada Dry, Snapple, Mott’s, A&W, 7UP, GHOST, Core Hydration, Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Peet’s, L’OR, Jacobs, and other owned, licensed, and partner brands.

Tim Cofer serves as Chief Executive Officer of Keurig Dr Pepper.

Eric Gorli serves as President of U.S. Refreshment Beverages, the operating unit responsible for Dr Pepper and KDP’s other North American cold-beverage brands.

KDP completed its acquisition of JDE Peet’s in April 2026. The company currently plans to separate its operations into two independent companies in early 2027:

  • Beverage Co.: Expected to include Dr Pepper and KDP’s North American refreshment-beverage portfolio
  • Global Coffee Co.: Expected to include the combined Keurig and JDE Peet’s coffee businesses

Until the separation is completed, Dr Pepper remains a brand of Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. Tim Cofer is expected to lead Beverage Co. following the planned separation.

Dr Pepper Corporate Office vs. Consumer Relations

The Keurig Dr Pepper corporate office handles company leadership, brand strategy, marketing, finance, investor relations, legal matters, product development, supply chain, corporate employment, public policy, and other company-level functions.

Dr Pepper Snapple Consumer Relations handles consumer-facing matters such as:

  • Flavor or carbonation concerns
  • Underfilled bottles or cans
  • Damaged, leaking, swollen, or unsealed packages
  • Foreign material or an unusual appearance
  • Product availability
  • Ingredient and nutrition questions
  • Coupons, promotions, and contests
  • Requests for new flavors or caffeine-free products
  • Compliments and general product feedback

A retailer normally controls the refund or exchange for a product purchased at its store. Consumer Relations may investigate a manufacturing or packaging concern and request production information from the package.

Choose the Correct Dr Pepper Contact Route

  • Flavor, carbonation, or quality concern: Call Consumer Relations at 1-800-696-5891 or submit the online form.
  • Damaged or leaking package: Preserve the container, purchase receipt, and package codes until Consumer Relations provides instructions.
  • Underfilled bottle or can: Photograph the unopened or recently opened package and record the size, lot code, and production information.
  • Foreign material or possible contamination: Stop consuming the product, secure the package, and contact Consumer Relations promptly.
  • Retail refund: Contact the store that sold the beverage and review its return policy.
  • Product availability: Use the brand locator or select Product Availability on the Consumer Relations form.
  • Ingredient or nutrition question: Review the package and KDP Product Facts before submitting a question.
  • Caffeine-free or flavor request: Submit the suggestion through Consumer Relations.
  • Promotion or contest: Select the promotion category on the official support form and retain the offer terms.
  • Sponsorship or donation request: Use the official KDP sponsorship and charitable-request route.
  • Keurig brewer problem: Call Keurig Consumer Care at 1-866-901-2739.
  • Investor question: Use KDP Investor Relations rather than Consumer Relations.
  • Job application: Use the official KDP Careers website.
  • Current employee concern: Use authorized internal Human Resources, management, or ethics channels.
  • Unresolved corporate complaint: Document the Consumer Relations response before writing to the Frisco headquarters.

What to Have Before Contacting Dr Pepper

  • The product name and flavor
  • The package size and container type
  • The purchase date and retailer
  • The UPC or barcode
  • The production, lot, plant, or date code printed on the package
  • The expiration or best-by date when shown
  • Photographs of the package and reported problem
  • The number of affected cans or bottles
  • The purchase receipt when available
  • The Consumer Relations case or reference number
  • A concise description of the requested response

Do not post complete home addresses, personal phone numbers, email addresses, payment-card information, medical records, photographs of children, or unredacted receipts in public reviews.

How to Escalate a Dr Pepper Complaint

Begin with Dr Pepper Snapple Consumer Relations at 1-800-696-5891 or use the official online form.

Identify the product, package size, purchase location, package codes, and what occurred. Explain whether the concern involves flavor, carbonation, fill level, packaging, an ingredient question, contamination, or another product issue.

Keep the product and packaging until Consumer Relations explains whether it needs photographs, code information, a mailed sample, or disposal. Do not mail a beverage or damaged container without instructions.

Ask for a case or reference number and retain all responses, coupons, replacement offers, refund information, shipping materials, and photographs.

For a substantial concern that remains unresolved, written correspondence may be sent to:

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc.
6425 Hall of Fame Lane
Frisco, TX 75034

Privacy-related correspondence may be sent to:

Keurig Dr Pepper Consumer Relations
P.O. Box 869077
Plano, TX 75086-9077

Send copies rather than original receipts, medical records, or legal documents.

Dr Pepper Flavor, Carbonation, and Fill-Level Complaints

Product-quality complaints may involve weak flavor, excessive sweetness, flat carbonation, unusual odor, discoloration, leaking containers, or a bottle that appears underfilled.

The same product can be packaged at different facilities and distributed through different regional systems. The production and lot codes help Consumer Relations identify where and when a package was produced.

Photograph the package before discarding it. Include the top and bottom of a can, the bottle cap and neck, the printed codes, and the liquid level when relevant.

Do not pour out the product or discard every affected container until Consumer Relations explains what information or evidence is needed.

A public review does not create a formal product investigation. Report the concern directly through the official support channel.

Dr Pepper Ingredients, Caffeine, and Nutrition Questions

Dr Pepper products are available in different formulations, including original, diet, zero-sugar, and other flavor varieties.

Ingredients and nutrition information can vary by product, package, and country. Review the current label and the KDP Product Facts site for information applying to the exact beverage.

Consumers seeking a caffeine-free version, different sweetener, new package size, discontinued product, or recipe change may submit a suggestion to Consumer Relations.

Questions about whether an ingredient is appropriate for a medical condition should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional. CorporateOfficeHeadquarters.com cannot evaluate health claims or determine whether a beverage is suitable for an individual diet.

Dr Pepper Packaging and Possible Safety Concerns

Stop consuming a product when there is a suspected seal failure, foreign material, unusual pressure, sharp package damage, unexpected odor, or another possible safety issue.

Keep the product away from children and store it in a secure location. Avoid opening a swollen or damaged container when doing so could cause it to burst or spray.

Contact Consumer Relations with the package codes and photographs. Follow any instructions concerning storage, return, shipping, or disposal.

Seek appropriate medical assistance when illness, injury, or an allergic reaction requires care. Do not post medical records or another person’s health details in a public comment.

Dr Pepper Promotions, Endorsements, and Marketing Feedback

Comments about advertising, promotions, sponsorships, packaging design, celebrity partnerships, or brand campaigns can be submitted through KDP Consumer Relations.

Identify the advertisement, campaign, spokesperson, event, or promotion and explain the specific concern.

Do not use public reviews to repeat unverified criminal, family, medical, or personal allegations about an identifiable person.

CorporateOfficeHeadquarters.com may remove allegations that are not based on a firsthand consumer experience or that unnecessarily expose private information.

Dr Pepper Employee, HR, and Applicant Questions

Keurig Dr Pepper does not prominently publish a universal public Human Resources, payroll, benefits, or employee-relations telephone number.

The Frisco corporate number and Consumer Relations number should not be described as Dr Pepper Human Resources.

Applicants should use the official Keurig Dr Pepper Careers website and the contact information associated with the job posting.

Current employees should use authorized internal Human Resources, payroll, benefits, management, ethics, or employee-relations channels.

Employees of bottlers, distributors, contractors, warehouses, or retail businesses should identify the legal employer shown on their pay statement, tax form, or employment agreement.

Do not publish employee identification numbers, Social Security numbers, payroll records, schedules, medical information, disciplinary documents, or private workplace correspondence in public comments.

Dr Pepper Reviews and Complaints

Visible commenters on this page discuss a positive fan project made from Dr Pepper cans, allegedly weaker flavor and underfilled bottles, concerns about ingredients, a request for a caffeine-free regular Dr Pepper, and criticism involving a brand endorsement.

These are individual commenter accounts and do not establish what occurred with every package or represent overall consumer sentiment.

The health and endorsement comments contain claims that should not be treated as verified medical or factual conclusions.

When leaving a Dr Pepper corporate-office review below, include the approximate purchase date, retailer, product and package size, general issue, support route used, response time, and whether the matter was resolved.

Fake Dr Pepper Support and Promotion Warning

Use DrPepper.com, KeurigDrPepper.com, the official support portal, or a verified telephone number before providing product, promotion, employment, or personal information.

Be cautious with fake giveaways, coupons, sponsorship offers, product-test messages, refund notices, job offers, and social-media accounts that imitate Dr Pepper or KDP.

Dr Pepper support should not require gift-card payments, cryptocurrency, wire transfers, account passwords, verification codes, or remote access to a device to investigate a beverage complaint.

Confirm that a form is connected to an official Dr Pepper or Keurig Dr Pepper domain before entering personal information.

Dr Pepper Quality Concerns

March 15, 2025

Dr Pepper, Quality. What has happen to the quality of Dr Pepper? The 24 pk’s are more water than Dr Pepper. The 2 liter’s are shorting us about 5 oz. And the flavor of both has gone away. My family used to drink Dr Pepper all the time. Now we have started buying Pepsi because of these issues. I am asking Dr Pepper to improve.

Dr Pepper Concern

February 17, 2025

Dr Pepper, I know that you offer Caffeine and sugar free Dr Pepper but your standard Dr Pepper (23) Has HFCS High Fructose Corn syrup and Phosphoric Acid that enables you to join the elite group with Coca Cola as the most toxic soft drink on the planet. HFCS causes many health issues and I am so glad that I will never buy this product. Aspartame appears to be absent and is another toxic sweetener that Coke uses without any concerns for the health of the consumer. This is not my opinion but has been studied and backed by Functional and Holistic Dr’s.
