    My name is Jason Ayers. I have been a fan of Chanel for years, so when I saw Colette and Chanel had a collaboration in the upcoming months I had to be a part of it. On Oct, 27th it was announced that Chanel was going to release the Pharrell NMD sneaker at their Colette pop up shop. As you can see I sent email to the Colette office and they stated no raffle it will be first come first serve. (Please attached) So you can see that from the attached documents I booked my travel the next day. (Oct 30th) On Nov 17th 9 hours before I am supposed to leave Chanel stated that they are going to do raffle. At this point I am very upset I am about to board a plane, going to a country that I never been before hoping that I win, since originally that wasn’t the information that was given. The purpose of this email is that I won a pair of the shoes from the raffle and Chanel refused to given them to me. Attached is my winning email and everything but they kept disputing me stating that I was not on the list. While I was in the pop up shop at Colette I was belittle, received racism, and unprofessional behavior from the staff of Chanel. I am from the United States and I expected a better shopping experience in Paris especially with Chanel. I was told even after 6pm when the deadline of the winners to pick up their shoes they still would not let me purchase a pair. (Attached you can see that there where plenty of boxes left). I was outside of the pop up shop at Colette for 9 straight days. I missed my flight, I missed Thanksgiving, I missed family all because of this. I won and they would not give me my shoe. The part that makes me even more up set (see attached) that Chanel stated that the only way you can get this shoe was though the raffle. Well how did Steve Harvey wife get a pair. I was outside the store for 9 days and I never seen the Harvey's come into the store. I feel I was treated unfairly because of the color of skin color at Chanel Colette Pop Up Shop and I would like to purchase my shoes. I also attached a video of the error message people received when you first signed up. Please help me. The staff there was so rude and showed such poor taste that I left feeling horrible. All I would like is an opportunity to purchase the shoe that I won. (Please attachment). I have posted this on Facebook and other media channel for that the way I was treated was indescribable.

  5. Hello, I recently brought a bottle of Chanel Mademoiselle 50ml while on holiday in Singapore. I am from New Zealand and on return from our holiday I found my NEW bottle had leaked while in my bag. I have tried contacting the Singapore Branch and have sent emails but no one has got back to me as yet?? I LOVE Chanel and its my little ray of (expensive) sunshine. I only buy this once a year and I am devastated to have lost 1/4 of my bottle. I feel the top of the bottle must be faulty.
