I am a mother of 4 and all my children went to the rodeo D. at mansfield hwy fort worth tx. and can say I have never seen so such mess!..unorganized and they have people who do not know what there doing!!..they have my childrens files screwd up with wrong mother name same child same nmbr wrong addrress!..and this was for all my kids!!..asked several time to speak with supervisor and they gave me a run around sayn they fired the person who did this! but i still get phone calls frm them saying my child has an appt. same mom name and now wrong child and wrong address!!..what the hell is wrong with that place!!..i have talked to my kids medicaid to see if there has been any fraud, i thnk they are using my kids medicaid id nmbr for other kids!!!!...this place has alot of hispanic workers who are not certified to even be working there!..they have no clue what they are doing!!..the supervisor says everything id being taking care of!!really!!..this morning this hispanic lady call me saying my child has appt!!..& she gos to a more proffessional

  2. ...DENTAL OFFICE!!! ....CORPORATE REALLY NEED TO LOOK IN ON THAT PLACE!!. AND BEFORE I SWITCHED MY CHILDREN.THEY WOULD SET AN APPT AND THEY WOULD NOT GET SEEN TILL 2HRS LATER!!!..ABSOLUTLY HATE THAT PLACE!! ..THEY BRIBE PEOPLE IN THE AREA WITH FREE PIZZA AND COOKIES IF THEY COME TO THAT DENTAL OFFICE!!..WOW!!! .U EAT PIZZA AND COOKIES AND THEN U GO SEE THE DENTIST!!..BUT MOST OF ALL MY KIDS PERSONAL INFO IS BEING TOSSED AROUND AND MITCHED MATCH WIRH WRONG INFO W OTHER FAMILIES!!. IM THINKING OF GETTING ME A LAWYER BCUZ I FEEL THERES NO CONFIDENTIALALITY THERE! AND MY INFO ON MY KIDS WERE COMPROMISED!!!..

  3. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with my experience at Royal Dental East Freeway
    After attending multiple follow up appointment with a treatment plan already in effect and the idea of getting an implant. Sandra was supposed to follow up with me to give me a price on additional services suggested (sinus lift).
    I had told Sandra I was interested.
    Sandra stated she was going to follow up with me on the final price.
    I desperately told Sandra I work from 8 to 5 pm and if she could please reach out to me after 5 pm or else I would not be able to speak to her regarding my concern.
    She promised and reassured me that royal dental does not close until 6 pm and she will call me back that same day to provide me the price.
    Well, it did not go smooth as she promised. Sandra did call me back a week later about 2 times during the week during my work hours and did not leave a voice mail.
    I would not have even known she was trying to contact with me if It wasn’t for me calling back and finding out it was royal dental.
    I asked to speak with Sandra but for some reason, I could not get in contact with her. After that, I called the front desk multiple times for 3 WEEKS to try to contact Sandra about the final price, but she was not available.
    At this point, I was already thinking she completely forgot about our discussion regarding the price. It made me feel like she did not care to speak to me again.
    I had concluded to arrange plans to go in person to speak to Sandra face to face for a reimbursement for services already charged.
    When I arrived at the office, the first thing Sandra said was a lot of excuses as to why she was unable to provide me the information then rapidly gave me a price. I had already realized before going in to speak to Sandra that I did not want to deal with unprofessional people who don’t prioritize their patients’ health. Dr. Watkins had told me that I could not wait too long to get the services done or else I would not be able to do it later.
    I am a customer who was willing to pay thousands of dollars (roughly about $7,000 total) in addition to my dental insurance for treatment plan. For that reason, it’s safe to say that I deserve to receive some type of professionalism and appreciation for my interest in doing business.
    As a side note, I really enjoyed my experience with Dr. Watkins, I would consider getting services done with him at another facility.
