How to Escalate a Refresh Dental Complaint

The following are suggested steps for an unresolved concern, rather than a published company-wide complaint procedure:

  1. Contact your practice. Ask the office manager to review an administrative or service concern. For a question about treatment, request follow-up with the treating dentist.
  2. Gather relevant records. Keep appointment dates, receipts, treatment estimates, billing statements and earlier messages. For an insurance-related balance, have the insurer’s explanation of benefits available.
  3. Explain the requested resolution. For example, ask for an itemized bill, an explanation of a charge, a records request update or a discussion with the dentist.
  4. Request further management review. If the issue remains unresolved, ask the office manager to identify the regional or administrative support contact responsible for that practice.
  5. Use NADG for routing if needed. Provide the practice name, city and a brief summary through its general contact route. Ask who should handle the follow-up and retain any reference number provided.

Ask the practice how to send records securely before sharing detailed medical information through a general contact form.

A public COH review does not notify your dentist or open a patient-service request. Contact your practice directly for treatment questions or time-sensitive assistance.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the New Castle dental office the corporate headquarters?

The current official site identifies 2623 Wilmington Road as the New Castle patient-care practice. It does not identify that location as corporate headquarters. NADG publishes a separate corporate contact address in Pittsburgh.

Where should I request dental records or discuss a bill?

Contact the office that provided your care. Ask its staff about the records-release process or request an itemized statement and explanation of any disputed charge.

Does every Refresh Dental location offer the same services?

Check the specific practice page and confirm with its staff. Services and available clinicians can differ by location; a brand-wide description should not be treated as confirmation that a particular office offers a procedure.

About Refresh Dental

Refresh Dental operates dental practices with regional websites listing locations and services such as general, cosmetic and restorative dentistry. NADG includes Refresh Dental among its supported brands. NADG provides non-clinical support to dental practices; patient-care questions should be directed to the treating practice.

Why Trust Corporate Office Headquarters?

We checked Refresh Dental’s official practice pages and NADG’s published brand and contact information on September 5, 2026. Phone numbers were verified against published sources, not by calling. Corporate Office Headquarters is independent and is not affiliated with Refresh Dental or NADG.

This entire office staff is incompetent, to say the least. with the exception of Dr. Su and his assistant Vicky they’re awesome but the actual office staff is horrible, Horrible. they can never seem to get the appointment correct and or confirmed. when you call with questions and/or concerns no one gets back to you. AND Don’t get me started on the billing, unless you have the best coverage in the world you’re still going to end up with a follow-up bill time and time again I paid my full balance every time I leave, and yet and still without fail I always get an additional follow up charge. Makes no sense!
