Captain D's in Lexington Bad Experience

I went to Captain D’s in Lexington and something not nice happened. A worker came out and said mean things about women and he was biased. He used a very bad word, and my little girl was with me. This upset me because Captain D’s is supposed to be a place for families. The worker had a special hairstyle, and my daughter asked me what the bad word meant. I told her it’s a word we should not use. Because of this, we’ve decided not to go back to that restaurant. I’ve been going there for a long time, but I don’t think it’s a good place anymore if people are going to be mean.

Captain D's Rockmart GA

At least the food was good! This morning my husband and I went to the Captain D’s in Rockmart, GA. We entered to a cold building and a colder reception from the staff. The young lady at the register stared at us. There was no “Hello” or “How may I help you”. We went to her and attempted to talk to her to no avail. Seeing the Southern Style Whitefish my husband asked what kind of fish it was. The other girl(presumably the manager) said “We don’t know that just what it says on the box”. My husband ordered something different. Our order was placed we walked to the condiment area to find no ketchup. We asked at the counter and were informed “We’re out, the truck didn’t leave any and it is late. You can go buy some yourself and bring it in.” At this point, we changed our order to go and left. At this point, we will be telling our friends who like going there of our experience and will not return.

Fish!

You changed your batter to a horrible breading & made the fish taste horrible!

This has stopped us from ordering in the future. We got six fish but threw 2 away as we could not eat them. Soon we will have a Culvers which should take you Off the market.

Captain D's Rising Above and Beyond

In your parking lot in Ruston,LA, my husband cut himself on our car door edge . He is on blood thinners and began to bleed profusely from his leg. Several of your employees saw our predicament as they were just opening the restaurant for the day. out they came with paper towels etc and such kindness and concern. They directed us to a nearby urgent care clinic and even wrapped our car seat and his leg in trash bags because there was so much blood. We are elderly and I don’t know how we would have managed without their help. I hope somehow your corporate office can recognize these women for rising above and beyond! As an aside I spent five years in England as a teenager and loved fish and chip shops! your product reminds of them so much specially with the malt vinegar!
