Went to build a Bear workshop in Orlando for the special that they were offering and got turned away and we came from Vero Beach Florida and all we got was it’s overcrowded you cannot go in My three-year-old daughter and my niece went to Orlando and my three-year-old did not understand why she could not get one when you guys were advertising about it it should be way more organized and maybe register before and get numbers so there’s not there’s confusion and having all these cops everywhere with people turning everybody away we had to drive almost 70 miles and pay tolls for nothing that is completely unacceptable

  2. Yes I have 6 upset nieces and nephews because of the cluster it is at all the build a bear locations. Why only do it for a day knowing all these kids not in school will be trying to get in. Should of done it by reservation instead. Not a smart idea at all. Alot of children will be upset if they cant have a bear or animal they want because of the outrageous lines and wait to just get to the door. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!

  3. Dead Sirs,
    We went to your build a bear event this morning. After standing in line for 3 1/2 hrs with another 1hour at the least with a 2 year old we had to leave. We were in line before the cutoff. Needless to say this was not a happy event. I hope you will do something for the people who could not get in. There were a lot of people turned away. As we were leaving a guard told people at the end of the line they had to leave. We were not near the end of the line. Thank you.

  4. Dear Customer Service Rep,

    I am absolutely livid at how we were treated at your Oak Ridge Mall store (925 Blossom Hill Rd, Spc G5, San Jose, CA 95123). We had a purchased a party package at this particular location and little did we know how unprofessional and unorganized your employees were. I've been to multiple locations and this is absolutely the worst. We had a party of five and didn't get our photo prop and the store associates just pulled off all the price tags on all of the items that we purchased without our permission. Not to mention that they didn't stuff enough cotton in the bears causing all of them to lose it's shape within a week. Threading was sewn so sloppily that the threads were coming off and we had to go to other locations to have it fixed.

    This is the worst scenario that a child had to go through thinking it would be a blast when the store associates doesn't even know the procedures of how to prep for a party that the customer pays for. We had to ask the associates to print out birth certificates and they were just trying to rush us out when the store was pretty muc empty. It was so uncalled for to have to rush the kids out when the service rendered weren't even up to par to what the parents paid for.

    Please take this initiative to train the employees at this location. There's absolutely no excuse to show such unprofessionalism.
