Assurance Not Happy

I may be that person. I was approved. Sent a phone. Tried to activate it with no luck. Then was told by an auto-response voice that I was no longer eligible for the ACP act. Can’t find a human to talk to. Not happy but still trying.

This email is for Mr. John Goocher, CEO and President of Assurance Wireless. My name is Donna. I no longer qualify for your services which is okay with me. I put in 10.00 for an international call last year. When I was away my phone would not make calls and I could not receive any calls. I have been calling for the last year to get my 10.00 back. For the last 6 weeks, I called every other day I was told I would get my 10.00 back. Know they are telling me that I had 30 days to get it back. Since I have been called since last year to get it back. I realize that is only 10.00 but your company does not have the right to keep it. In the last 2 weeks of my calling every other day, 3 of your customer service individuals hung up on me. Real Professional. Please mail me my 10.00 you have my address on your file. Thank you
