  1. I wanted to give you feedback as a recent customer of how horrible your customer service and orthodontist is. I went to see the orthodontist at the Serene location in Las Vegas. I'm not sure what the orthodontist's name is but he is of Indian descent. He constantly tried to upsell me getting invisalign when all I needed was an active retainer since I only had a tiny gap in my two front teeth. I've already had braces and from not wearing a retainer at night recently, I developed a tiny gap that I wanted to correct. It seemed like all he cared about was getting as much money out of me as he could. When I went to my second appointment to get my retainer, he dropped my retainer on the ground and is overall demeanor was very incompetent, unprofessional, and lack of warmth and care. I decided to go to another location since I didn't want to receive anymore treatment from this orthodontist. The receptionist referred me to another location on Blue Diamond/Decatur. When I called the day before my appt to confirm my appointment I was told the first time that the receptionist was busy and would call me back. That was 9am. I then called back at 1pm that day to confirm my appt and was told that they were at lunch but would call me back within 20 to 30 minutes. Lo and behold I didn't receive a call at all! All I wanted was to confirm my appt. All I can do is shake my head, and move on to another orthodontist office that is professional, caring, and calls their patients back. This is absolutely the worst customer service I've ever received in my life. I will be advising all my family and friends to never go to your business and I will also put my reviews on Yelp so that I can let others know how unprofessional your business is especially to not even call back patients that just wanted to confirm an appointment. Very disturbing business practices!!

  2. Apparently these people will never answer a phone. Piss poor customer service. And the up selling is like being at a car dealership. What a crappy organization. Well if you don't answer your phone then I suppose you don't want the money my insurance company owes you.

  3. I visited the Reno office and on my second appointment I was advised I had to pay for my next appointment to confirm it. Strange, as I was sitting in the lobby for the half hour before my appointment, I never witnessed any other patient having to pay for their next visit, but watever, I paid $110.00 + the cost of that visit. As I got to thinking, I thought that was very rude and decided not to go back. So, I called for my refund of the $110.00 in April of 2018. At that time, I was advised it would take 6-8 weeks for a refund. Called back in end of June and was advised that noone submitted the paperwork for my refund, and I was asked"why didnt I speak with a manager about this" For one, I figured that the customer service was capable of handling a refund, I did not know this situation was only for a manager. So I had to wait another 6-8 weeks for my refund. Now in September, I was told "by the manager" that my refund was sent out on the fourth os September. When I called back on the 12th of September b/c I had not received it yet I was told to wait a few more days. Feeling a little upset, I called the Corporate office in Las Vegas just to find out my check had not even been sent yet. Apparently, "managers" arent qualified to handle a refund either. Now Im trying to call corporate back and no one is answering the phone. So over six months for a refund of $100.00 that I was pretty much forced to pay in advance. Never recommend Absolute Dental top anyone EVER !!!

AND DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING THIS ABSOLUTE DENTAL CORPORATION OFFICE,THIS PEOPLE STICK UP FOR EACH OTHER, FOR THEM THE COSTUMER ARE ALWAYS WRONG AND THEY ALWAYS RIGHT, HORRIBLE COSTUME SERVICE. THIS "KID'S DENTIST" JAROM NGUYEN LUU, IS INCOMPETENT.HE'S ON THE ONE ON S MARYLAND AND FLAMINGO, HE'S ASIAN,YOU SHOULDN'T GO TO THIS PLACE BUT IF YOU GO, DON'T TAKE YOUR CHILD TO SEE THAT UNPROFESSIONAL "DENTIST". THIS PERSON,IF YOU CAN CALL HIM A DENTIST, IS A HORRIBLE DENTIST, VERY RUDE,MEAN, HE THINKS HE'S BETTER THAN EVERYBODY ELSE, "HE'S A KID'S DENTIST" YEAH RIGHT! HE HAS COLD BLOOD, HE DOESN'T CARE IF LITTLE KIDS ARE IN PAIN, MY DAUGHTER IS ONLY 7 YEARS OLD AND HE WAS TREATING HER LIKE AN ADULT, HE WAS SO RUDE AND MEAN TO HER, HE GOT UPSET BECAUSE I TOLD HIM TO STOP DOING WHAT HE WAS DOING TO MY DAUGHTER BECAUSE HE DIDN'T WAIT LONG ENOUGH FOR THE ANESTHESIA, AND MY DAUGHTER WAS IN A LOT PAIN, BECAUSE HE WAS IN A HURRY, IT'S NOT HIS DAUGHTER THAT'S WHY HE DOESN'T CARE, HE GOT MAD BECAUSE I TOLD HIM TO STOP TAKING MY DAUGHTER'S TOOTH OUT BECAUSE HE WAS HURTING HER, THAT "DENTIST" WAS USING THE PLYERS TO TAKE HER TOOTH OUT AND PINCHING HER GUM WITH IT, MY DAUGHTER WAS CRYING AND SHAKING TERRIBLY FROM THE PAIN HE PUT HER IN. HE DOESN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT BEING A DENTIST AND HOW TO TREAT KIDS, HE'S AN UNPROFESSIONAL "DENTIST". HE NOT EVEN GIVE MY DAUGHTER THE TOOTH BACK, AND MY DAUGHTER WAS UPSET BECAUSE SHE WANTED IT TO PUT UNDER HER PILLOW FOR THE TOOTH FAIRY, THAT " DENTIST" IS iNSENSITIVE, AND HE WANTED TO PUT MORE ANESTHESIA INTO MY 7 YEARS OLD DAUGHTER, IS HE CRAZY? I THINK SO HE DOESN'T KNOW NOTHING ABOUT MEDICINE, THAT WAS REALLY DANGEROUS IT'S NOT A JOKE, HE'S SO INCOMPETENT. YOU SHOULDN'T GO TO THIS PLACE BUT IF YOU GO, DON'T TAKE YOUR CHILD TO SEE THAT UNPROFESSIONAL "DENTIST".

  5. All the staff here are very nice, great place for all dental work and or dental checkups very fast and friendly service and always get reminders days before the appointment. Highly recommend

  6. AWFUL!! TERRIBLE!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!
    On more than 3 occasions I had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time for a hygienist. If my primary physician, surgeon, neurosurgeon and ophthalmologist can be on time why can't a hygienist? Their job isn't nearly as complicated or time-consuming as my M.D. The front office staff kept saying, "He'll be with you shortly." I finally had enough, left the office and told them I would not pay for a service that wasn't done. One and 1/2 years later I am getting a bill for this horrible service.

  7. LET'S DO A SERIOUS UPDATE ON THIS INCREDIBLY HORRIFIC, POOR EXCUSE,OF WHAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE A PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS! FIRST OF ALL, I MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR ORAL SURGERY AT THE LOCATION ON SOUTH VIRGINIA STREET IN RENO, NEVADA BACK IN APRIL OF 2021. THEY TOLD ME THEY NEED A REFERRAL FROM MY DENTIST. I PICKED UP A SIGNED REFERRAL AND TOOK IT TO THE SOUTH VIRGINIA STREET OFFICE. AN APPOINTMENT WAS MADE FOR MAY. TO CALL TO CONFIRM MY APPOINTMENT AT 775-787-8100 WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO MAKE AS I WAS ON HOLD FOR 2HR, 47 MINUTES! I HAD FORGOTTEN I WAS ON HOLD AND LATER WENT BACK TO MY SMART PHONE WITH THEIR RECORDING STILL GOING. THE RECORDING ALSO SAID TO PRESS 1 FOR A CALL BACK. YES, I LATER PRESSED 1 TO SEE IF I WOULD GET THAT CALL BACK. IT WAS NOW AROUND 1 PM. BY 6 PM, NO CALL BACK. THAT WAS ON A FRIDAY. THE FOLLOWING MONDAY I DROVE 16 MILES ONE WAY TO THEIR OFFICE AFTER I SAW ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT THEY OPEN, MONDAY, AT 7 AM. I WAS THERE AT 9:30 AM, AND THEIR OFFICE WAS CLOSED! NO NOTICE ON DOOR WHY IT WAS CLOSED! I TRIED AGAIN TO CALL THEM AND GOT THROUGH ANOTHER OFFICE IN SPARKS, NV. THEY WERE THE ONES THAT TOLD ME THEY ARE NOT OPEN ON MONDAYS! SO WHY DOES IT SAY THEY ARE ON THEIR WEBSITE? SO THE NEXT DAY I DROVE BACK OVER TO THEIR SOUTH VIRGINIA OFFICE, GOT THEIR AT 11 AM. SIGN ON DOOR SAYS THEIR OFFICE IS CLOSED FOR LUNCH FROM 11:00 AM TO 1 PM! FOR 2 HOURS?? ANOTHER WASTED TRIP! I DROVE BACK OVER AGAIN AT AROUND 1:30 PM. I SPOKE WITH THE OFFICE MANAGER WHO WAS INCREDIBLY RUDE AND TOLD ME THEY NEVER GOT THE REFERRAL! I TOLD HER I HAND DELIVERED IT TO THE LADY IN THE SECOND CHAIR AT THE FRONT DESK. THE OFFICE MANAGER SAID SHE IS OFF TODAY AND THE REFERRAL WAS NEVER DELIVERED! I CALLED MY DENTIST ABOUT THE REFERRAL AND THEY AGAIN SAID WE GAVE IT TO YOU TO HAND DELIVER IT AND WE ALSO SENT IT TO THE FAX NO. GIVEN TO ME ON MY APPOINTMENT CARD! THE OFFICE MANAGER SAID SHE NEVER GOT IT BY FAX! SHE VIRTUALLY CALLED ME A LIAR AND MY DENTAL OFFICE AS LIARS! I LEFT PRETTY UPSET AND STOPPED BY MY REG DENTAL OFFICE AND GOT ANOTHER REFERRAL TO TAKE WITH ME ON MY APPOINTMENT THAT IS ON JUNE 10, 2021. MY REG DENTIST SAID THEY WILL AGAIN SEND ANOTHER FAX TO THEM, AND TO THE SAME NUMBER THAT WAS ON MY APPOINTMENT CARD. WARNING DO NOT TRY TO CONTACT THEM WITH THEIR CONTACT NUMBER, YOU WILL NOT GET THROUGH IF YOU CHOSE TO WAIT. IF YOU PRESS 1 TO GET A CALL BACK, YOU MIGHT AFTER OVER 4 HOURS OR NOT AT ALL! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! NOW AFTER READING MORE HORRIBLE COMMENTS ON THIS WEBSITE, I AM CANCELLING MY APPOINTMENT TODAY! BEWARE, THIS SITE IS DANGEROUS TO YOUR HEALTH!
