I wanted to give you feedback as a recent customer of how horrible your customer service and orthodontist is. I went to see the orthodontist at the Serene location in Las Vegas. I'm not sure what the orthodontist's name is but he is of Indian descent. He constantly tried to upsell me getting invisalign when all I needed was an active retainer since I only had a tiny gap in my two front teeth. I've already had braces and from not wearing a retainer at night recently, I developed a tiny gap that I wanted to correct. It seemed like all he cared about was getting as much money out of me as he could. When I went to my second appointment to get my retainer, he dropped my retainer on the ground and is overall demeanor was very incompetent, unprofessional, and lack of warmth and care. I decided to go to another location since I didn't want to receive anymore treatment from this orthodontist. The receptionist referred me to another location on Blue Diamond/Decatur. When I called the day before my appt to confirm my appointment I was told the first time that the receptionist was busy and would call me back. That was 9am. I then called back at 1pm that day to confirm my appt and was told that they were at lunch but would call me back within 20 to 30 minutes. Lo and behold I didn't receive a call at all! All I wanted was to confirm my appt. All I can do is shake my head, and move on to another orthodontist office that is professional, caring, and calls their patients back. This is absolutely the worst customer service I've ever received in my life. I will be advising all my family and friends to never go to your business and I will also put my reviews on Yelp so that I can let others know how unprofessional your business is especially to not even call back patients that just wanted to confirm an appointment. Very disturbing business practices!!
Apparently these people will never answer a phone. Piss poor customer service. And the up selling is like being at a car dealership. What a crappy organization. Well if you don't answer your phone then I suppose you don't want the money my insurance company owes you.
I visited the Reno office and on my second appointment I was advised I had to pay for my next appointment to confirm it. Strange, as I was sitting in the lobby for the half hour before my appointment, I never witnessed any other patient having to pay for their next visit, but watever, I paid $110.00 + the cost of that visit. As I got to thinking, I thought that was very rude and decided not to go back. So, I called for my refund of the $110.00 in April of 2018. At that time, I was advised it would take 6-8 weeks for a refund. Called back in end of June and was advised that noone submitted the paperwork for my refund, and I was asked"why didnt I speak with a manager about this" For one, I figured that the customer service was capable of handling a refund, I did not know this situation was only for a manager. So I had to wait another 6-8 weeks for my refund. Now in September, I was told "by the manager" that my refund was sent out on the fourth os September. When I called back on the 12th of September b/c I had not received it yet I was told to wait a few more days. Feeling a little upset, I called the Corporate office in Las Vegas just to find out my check had not even been sent yet. Apparently, "managers" arent qualified to handle a refund either. Now Im trying to call corporate back and no one is answering the phone. So over six months for a refund of $100.00 that I was pretty much forced to pay in advance. Never recommend Absolute Dental top anyone EVER !!!
