How come when they make you prepay in cash at least half the time the cashiers charge you credit price? You get clipped for an extra fove to six cents a gallon every time they do this? I have made several attempts to resolve tthis issue with local managers to no avail. How much does this little bit add up in one business day? Try the stores in this area and see for yourself? First off this prepay policy is totally wrong as it falsely accuses everyon of being a crook and it denies customers securement of the goods and if you come up short then the customer is ripped off!

To Whom it May Concern:I am a resident of Hampton, NH. in which I frequent the Mobil Xtra Mart on a daily basis. I was quite surprised when visiting the store that an employee Joyce Beregon was no longer at the store. It seems the store doesn't run as efficiently as prior to her being moved to another facility. On 12/11/14 at 7pm my son and I walked into the Extra Mart in West Kingstown, RI near the URI campus. The female cashier was so nice to my son and I that I just had to write to someone. Being a Supervisor at my job I like when someone tells me one of my employees did good work. She asked my sonabout Christmas and was just a delight. She put a smile on both are faces. I live in Columbia, Ct. I shop at your store in Andover, Ct on Roue 6. I was wondering when are they going to fix the doors at this location. Every time I go there I have to fight to get the door open. Are you waiting for someone to seriously get hurt and sue you for pain being done to them because they had to fight to get the door open or is it you just don't want any customers?
They only charge you credit when you pay with credit, fool.
I was in the Douglas Ma store late yesterday afternoon with my 5 year old daughter was quite unhappy that the cashier Kayla had a bad attitude there was a problem with the gas pumps as well as her attitude she was swearing in front of the customers which I did not apprecaiate as again I had my young daughter with me
Yes I was in your store in Rockville Connecticut one night and there was a cashier named Matt working he was very rude to me pretty much through my change back at me and I will never stop in that store again I will go to the 711 that is down the street or the CB mart you really should have clerks that have better attitudes

The extra Mart store in Sharon Connecticut their employees are making their own hours for the store I walked in at 9:00 p.m. the other night and they told me their store is now closing at 9:00 and they couldn't sell me an item I'm pretty sure their store hours are till 11:00 p.m. that's what it says on the sign and I used to work there years back and I know you cannot make your own hours at a store unless there is an emergency somebody needs to look into this when Jackie was a manager the place ran flawlessly now there's a new manager And the place is falling apart
good morning i live in sharon ct and i am in your store there everyday. last night a worker from the canaan ct store was there. his name is nick tripodi and he was on his phone and he didnt acknowledge that i was three so i asked for cigarettes and he got an instant attitude. he yelled id sir i said excuse me again he yelled id sir. i said i didnt have it on me i am 51 years old and buy them there everyday. the other employee who knew me said i was ok and old enough he started ranting and said he refused to sell them to me. so i walked out. the employee that knew me came outside to my vehicle and got me and said he would help me. if by him coming out to get me doesnt tell you that nick tripodi was in the wrong i dont know what will. so i walked back in with the other employee and immediately he called me a [email protected]#%$ [email protected]#%&.i then asked to speak to a manager i was told she wouldnt be in until morning.so i told him how i felt about the situation and he just went off. i dont think this treatment that i received should be tolerated by your company or anyone else who has to deal with this employee. myself and my family and lots of friends go there daily. we dont have to there are many other places to go to get the things we get from your store. we go there because its our hometown and we like to keep the business local but def not going to deal with this person ever again thank you for your time
