I ordered a phone battery on 4/26/17, it is now 5/27/17, have not received it. Keep calling and customer service people are lying to me about it being sent out. Charged my credit card 5 days before shipping and finally sent it out 5/26/17 and gave me tracking info when they told me it would go out priority it is not scheduled get to me until 6/2/17 8 days later. Is this the way you run your business?
