Who's the dimwit who decided NOT to post alligator warning signs because it would scare the tourists? You are directly responsible for the horrible and preventable death of the two-year old boy and make no mistake, you WILL BE sued because of your negligence. But here's the bright side. Build a fence around the lagoon to keep alligators separated from people and use it as an added attraction where tourists can see live 'gators in the lagoons and post warning signs about the 'gators and not to climb the fences. Build a small island in the lagoon for the 'gators to crawl out on and sun themselves and turn a negative into a positive.
