  1. "Managing Flight" option on your website doesn't work. It asks which leg i want to change, but when i select one, the continue button is grayed out unless i chose a different leg for the second flight as well. Wait time on your customer service line is over 3 hours night and day. I would use live chat but it's only for people who are traveling within the next 48 hours. PLEASE FIX YOUR WEBSITE!!

  3. I have called four times today . I waited 90 minutes each time. I was hung up on after each operator answered. I am beyond frustrated. I booked a flight yesterday for my daughter ( was charged on my credit card) and never received an e-mail. I looked and the flight was never booked. I can't get through to anyone. I have been a true blue member along with my family for years. I fly mint and we all have credit cards as well. I can't tell you how upset I am. Can't get a hold of ANYONE....This is unacceptable.

  4. Worst airline ever. They trashed my service dog's stroller and deliberately removed/stole a part of the stroller. I made a claim at Ft. Myers but the moron took a photo of where the missing part was (so smart) and didn't take photos of the parts that were trashed. On return flight, delayed 2.5 hours, I missed my ride and did not want to take NYC publice transportation at midnight. I am a senior citizen and none of the supervisors cared one iota. Jennifer was the supervisor on duty for Jetblue on Saturday nite, midnite. What an insensitive, uncaring bitch. She told me to call Jetblue customer service. Well, isn't SHE customer service? I DID call the 800 number because I remained at the airport for 5 hours. When I DID call the 800 number, there was a 470 minute wait. I wonder why Complaints. That's why.

  5. Ijust had to say, the ticket agent named Brian, at the Las Vegas terminal was very helpful and went way out of his way to help us. The rest of your workers were very very nice. Keep up the good hiring practices. Would highly recommend your airlines.

  6. Hundreds of canceled flights. Stranded passengers. This is one airline that is NOT customer service oriented. And they could care less about Disabled Senior Citizens. I don't recommend flying JetBlue. Even if they give you an eCredit, you will still have canceled and delayed flights and horrible customer service. They will leave you stranded. Customer service staff are trained to be cold and not reimburse anyone a red cent.
