BrandsMart Unresolved Disappointing Order Issue

BrandsMart, Still Waiting for My Stove Top or a Refund. I ordered a stovetop from BrandsMart on March 29, 2025, with a delivery date set for April 11. That date came and went—no delivery, no call. After reaching out, I was told it was a special order and that no one had any idea when it might arrive. Since then, I’ve called over 22 times. Every time, I get transferred from person to person, and no one seems to have a consistent answer. Some customer service reps even told me the order was canceled—but I was never notified or refunded. I’ve been told repeatedly since May 19 that someone named Kisha would call me back, but each rep gives a different day or time she’s supposedly available—and I’ve yet to hear from her. I’ve kept detailed notes: names, dates, times, and what was said. Unfortunately, nothing has happened. It is now May 23, and I still have no stovetop and no refund. At this point, I don’t want the item. I just want my money back—today. Is this really how your company handles business?

BrandsMart Stockbridge GA Frustrating Customer Service

BrandsMart, Poor Customer Service/ Delivery! I recently moved from Southern California to Stockbridge and purchased over $10k worth of appliances and a TV from your Brands Mart at 400 Mount Zion Parkway, Stockbridge, GA 30281. Along with a 5-year warranty plan. The selection was what we expected, we wanted Samsung throughout the home. Purchase date 1/15/2005, Receipt # 0176658513. Everything started great with the salespersons, then a manager got involved to take care of our needs. The home was under construction, and we had a very tight schedule with the installation. When the items were delivered, the refrigerator doors had to be removed. The refrigerator was left in the dining area and not the kitchen. So we had to reschedule for a service call to place it in the kitchen. The delivery service came out a week later and removed the doors, and also installed two new front panels that had small dents. However, the doors were not properly installed, the doors are uneven, and cool air is escaping. I went into the store on several occasions to complain about the situation. I was told I had to call Samsung directly to have service repairs done. I explained that this was a store issue, not only do I have a 12-month warranty, but also an additional 60 months. The young girl behind the counter ( New employee) just insisted I call the 1-800 #. At this point, I’m very upset with how things are going at this point.

I went back in again and made another purchase a Samsung 65′ TV. That was a nightmare. The delivery of that item was never delivered as promised. Now, back into the store, seek to speak with upper management. A regional manager was present and took care of that problem. There again, the delivery never happened a second time. I went in personally and picked up the 65 TV myself. A manager from the Kennesaw store tried to assist, which I appreciated. I received a $50 gift card for all the problems, ( What a Joke???). But my main issue was still unresolved as of today, April 21st,2025. I reached out to Samsung customer service, who then forwarded me to the store delivery/appliance service. I was on hold for over 25 minutes. Only to be told that she could not help me, I needed Tech service. I was given a 1-305-624-5444 to speak and set up a service call. I was transferred only to be placed on hold for another 25 minutes now, is this one 1-hr of my evening now wasted? A young man (Chris or Christian) picked up only to fuel the situation by telling me I needed to call the same number I was transferred to (1-305-624-5444) and speak with someone who could help. I asked to speak with a MOD he said that there was no MOD. I said Can I speak to your lead person he refused to put anyone on the phone. I said you don’t have a supervisor on duty, he said yes and they would tell you the same thing I am telling you. I said Wait, you said that there was not a manager or supervisor available. I’m exhausted just trying to keep some consistency. I need my refrigerator fixed now!!! I hope to hear back from someone by tomorrow. I’m done!
