    The figures outlined below are completely and utterly unacceptable. The are not fair nor equitable. For example my policy, I paid $849.00 twenty six days in advance of the start of this policy and had the policy effective/active only 46 days of the total of a six month policy. Forty six days of 180 days is only 25.6% which equates to a refund of $631.66, NOT $569.24. Please remember, I was forced to cancel Progressive/your Agency from the auto policy because of the two HUGE mistakes/miscues of your agency/Progressive's behalf. 1. Progressive tried to cancel me because they/you never told me I need to show proof that the cars were garaged. I was never instructed to do so by you. As my agent I hold you responsible. This was an entirely bogus excuse to cancel and you admitted that on a phone call. 2. Because of Progressive not filing administrative paperwork in a timely manner, they tried to charge me an additional 3 months advance premium. I told you that was the straw that broke the camels back. In essence, I did not fire Progressive/your agency for the auto policies, you fired yourselves. I should not have to pay 9 months premium nor be penalized in any way regarding this entire situation. I have clearly documented all of the troubles you/Progressive have caused. ALL OF THIS also applies to Becky Duhm's policy as well. Since I paid for her premium 24 days in advance, I expect nothing less than a 74.4% return of the original premium paid. This equates to returning $774.50 for her policy. The total between my policy and Becky's policy refund totals $1,406.16. All of this has caused severe emotional distress.

    Should I not receive the full $1,406.16, I am prepared to retain counsel, file grievances with the Florida State Insurance Commissioner's Office, report your low budget practices to the Florida State Attorney General's office, file a complaint with the Brightway Insurance Corporate HQ in Jacksonville, FL and find EVERY online social media outlet to describe my horrible experience with your agency AND Progressive Insurance. This has been the WORST purchasing experience of my life.

    Please remember two things: I have clearly documented ALL conversations and written correspondence with your agency regarding this matter. Secondly, I am still a client. Any retribution or harassment will not be tolerated and will be viewed as a threat.

    I await your response to my full $1,406.16 refund.
