Stop and Shop, I’m having ongoing trouble logging into my account to schedule home delivery in the Malden, MA area. I already have an account, but due to what appears to be a system issue, I’ve been unable to log in online. I’ve tried resetting my password, creating a new account, and even calling customer support, but nothing has worked so far. Please advise how I can regain access to my account and resume home delivery services. For context, I do not have a texting plan on my phone and cannot upload images or use drag-and-drop features. I’m leaving a five-star rating here only because I truly rely on your home delivery service and hope to get assistance resolving this. Thank you for your help.

Stop and Shop, Really?? First–I am handicapped so it’s very hard for me to get to your store–I don’t drive so I need to have someone take me or I have to pay someone one to go for me. The last 2 weeks you had the corned beef on sale. I went 4 different times and I paid someone to go 2 other times and guess what? All 6 times there was NO corned beef left only the $6.99 or the $8.99.The staff always says the order didn’t come in.This happens more often then not that every week they are out of something by the second day. Is this one of those bait and switch schemes? I am seriously considering getting a hold of the Better Business Bureau–with the prices of groceries so high this isn’t a good practice. Price Chopper is only 5 minutes up the street-although it’s not my favorite at least they have everything in stock that they have advertised. No wonder they are slowly closing your stores.

Stop and Shop, Shame on You. I’ve been shopping at the South Setauket, NY (Pond Path) Stop and Shop since it opened and have always enjoyed the friendly staff and community feel. That’s why I was shocked to learn that the beloved store manager, Joe D., was suddenly fired over something he allegedly “said”, an accusation many insist is untrue. Joe has been with Stop and Shop for years, working his way up through dedication and kindness. He’s known for going above and beyond for both staff and customers. To make matters worse, Joe is about to get married and just bought a home, and now he’s left without a job. Even if he misspoke (which many say he didn’t), someone with his reputation deserves fair treatment, not to be made an example of. It’s heartbreaking to see such a good person treated this way. With many other grocery options nearby, including ShopRite, Aldi, Whole Foods, and Wegmans, Stop & Shop may lose many loyal customers over this. People are already discussing petitions. I hope corporate leadership rethinks this unfair decision.

Stop and Shop, Bad Meat Red On Top But Once Opened All Brown And Smells. Shopped at the Oceanside NY store bought chop meat. Made burgers that smelled horrible. Took out the remaining chop meat that I froze and found brown all on the inside of the package with only red on top. How does one sell this kind of meat? Oscar Romo, the nighttime manager would not give me my funds back and stated I needed to get my receipt or packaging. Went home once again bought packaging back and the little girl (nasty) behind the courtesy desk would not give me her name. Would not call a manager when asked. Terrible terrible customer service. And I will never buy meat from this store again.

Stop and Shop, Store cleanliness and poor customer service. I am writing as a concerned customer. I did not want to leave a review because it would not be favorable. I live in Union, NJ and shop at that location on a weekly basis. Today I visited the location at approx. 7:15am. As I walked through the isles I noticed that the floors had not been swept or mopped, the meats were thrown in the meat case with no organization and the shelved products were not neatly displayed. I also visited the bakery to pick out a birthday cake where I was rudely informed by the bakery employee the “there is no one to write on the cake”, although I didn’t even ask for writing. She proceeded to say “did you hear me”. I said yes thank you! I then asked what kind of cake was it and she said “its on the label”. Needless to say I was annoyed and very disappointed with the unkept condition of the store and the service. When the store first opened it did not operate in this manner.
