I have recently been having my house redecorated purchasing thousands of dollars worth of stuff from Pottery Barn well I am so disgusted with the amount of problems I have had with not receiving shipments and being charged for them to receiving broken $300 lamps. Oh and I have never in my life had such horrible customer service. I will never buy another thing from this company again and will strongly advise people to not shop at Pottery Barn.

  2. I am in the middle of a major dispute with Pottery Barn in regard to bedroom furniture I am attempting to order for my granddaughter. I am 64 years old, and this is the worst experience I have had. Customer service reps are poorly trained, and I haven't gotten the same story twice. I am frustrated beyond belief by the lack of consistency and competence I have encountered. The last rep was curt and rude. If I responded to my clients in that manner I would be out of business. My order is over $1000, and I am planning on canceling it altogether.

  3. I have been waiting for three items from a four item order. I just called the customer service to find that the reason given was, "the warehouse cancelled the order and they do not give any notice when they do that even if your card is charged." Well, I think that may qualify as stealing. Such a big business with incredibly poor customer service.

  4. Can't believe how rudely I was treated by an employee at Briton Lakes store when I had a complaint about a product. Then she followed me to monitor my conversations with others .

  5. Order 053409590782. Custom bed ordered 11.5 weeks ago, delivered a week and a half ago incorrectly. Slats were too small to install our custom and expensive Harper tufted linen bed. Customer service has still not resolved the issue. Reshipped slats but the same incorrect size delivered. Still sleeping on floor. I'd rate PB poor in resolving customer issues based on our experience. Requesting a credit, bed picked up.

  6. bad bad!! I was warned but purchased a headboard,it came in and did not fit my bed. The sales rep at the SJ store blamed me for her mistake. I was out over 1K.. The district manager had to step in and I was able to get some money back however my two pieces don't look to good at all. ohh on top of that, I got rid of some of my furniture to match the new headboard.. Talk about really loosing money.. How does this place stay in business?? Carrie Y

  7. Sick of dealing with Potter Barn. Have attempted to place orders and keep getti g the run around regarding my rewards. Just hung up phone with on line people who are not up to speed, but suggested I call 866-234-2029 to verify validity of my reward status. Did just that. Person on phone verified I was correct. Went on line independently to place order and still rewards not being accepted. I'm done!!! PB is stealing. I have earned rewards by spending money and no one knows how to retify the problem I am currently having. Called corporate offices and no one is available to take my call. Better and more effective custimer service at Target. I have bee a loyal customer for over a decade.Things have changed within this company and not for the better

  9. I had a terrible experience with a furniture order at Pottery Barn. I was able to reach customer service at corporate and they took me seriously. I had all my issues addressed and followed up to make sure I was satisfied. I was imporessed,

  10. Do not buy from these people. This has to be the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. No consideration at all that you spend top dollar for these items. Unless there's a factory defect they pretty much read from a book that they can't help you

  11. Pottery barn has the WORST ghetto customer service! Rude and could care less! The gal I spoke with was power tripping so hard she refused to forward name to a supervisor because of her ego.

Ordered and paied for a coutch in December, I call every month to find out whats going on, and in addition to customer service never having answers, I still dont have a coutch. just an even further delivery date! they are now telling me May... half a year for furniture is beyond ridiculous!They're saying l cant cancel the order, and if I wasnt worried about losing the money I've already spent, I wouldn't give pottery barn another cent of my money. Corporate never answers calls, customer service is horrible. overall worst experience Ever!!!!!

  13. On 1/13/2020, I placed an order online with Pottery Barn for a $50 Gift Certificate, to be sent to my daughter in another State, for her birthday. She has been a loyal customer of theirs for many years, & has spent lots o $ with them, as well as Wm. Sonoma. On 1/17/2020, I cked 'Tracking' online & it showed "delivered 1/17/2020" altho' I had heard nothing from my daughter. I wanted to surprise her, however after about 4-5 days of not hearing anything about the card, as well as her birthday had passed, I came right out & asked if she got it. As I suspected, the answer was "No". On 1/21/20, I called PB, the first of several calls thru 2/7/20. By then, I had spoken with 6 different Customer Service Reps (hereinafter referred to as "CSRs"). I have to admit, not one of the CSRs were rude, and 'seemed' to be helpful, however nothing I was told ever happened! To me, they are taught how to give "a run-around". In the end, a Gift Card was finally received 24 days after the order placed, however it was received by me! Now I have to arrange to get it to my daughter 2 States away. It was a real learning experience for me. Unfortunately, due to my 'lesson' - a waste of my time & efforts - I am reluctant to consider doing any kind of business with Pottery Barn ever again!!!! Fortunately, they aren't the only company with which my daughter shops. As far as I'm concerned, it is just 'their loss'. Barb (apparently another dissatisfied customer)

  14. Terrible over a month and i get different story every time.Im just trying to cancel and order its not brain surgery. Rude service people , it the middle of pandemic you people should be happy Im buying, and lucky you have frigin job! I have been put on hold for ongoig periods when requestig a supervisor to call back and be hung up on! wait til i spred the word on social media about the awful customer service.
